I channel the Champion spirit most days, and can channel it regardless of where I am due to a chronicle boon. All allies of Int 3 or higher who participate in my seance gain a +2 bonus to non-spell damage rolls.

Spirits of the Past:
You can channel the spirit of one of Sharaheen’s past lives. If you do not have medium class levels, you can cross this boon of the Chronicle sheet to use the medium’s shared seance ability for a legend of your choice. If you are a medium, you form a particularly strong connection with one of the samsaran’s legendary incarnations. Record the name of one of the six medium legends. You can always choose to channel this spirit, regardless of your location. Additionally, you can check the box next to the legend’s name to increase your spirit bonus with that legend by 1 for 24 hours.

Rising Star:
You can now earn gold by administering your lands, allowing you to use Diplomacy or Knowledge (nobility) for Day Job checks. When doing so, a result of 40 or higher earns you 150 gp and allows you to regain 1 previously expended Prestige Point. If you already have the ability to use Diplomacy or Knowledge (nobility) for Day Job checks, you gain a +3 bonus on such checks.

Hey there! I'm happy to have been selected! However, I see a level 2 character and a level 4. Esh, my character is lvl 5 and I just remembered he's involved in a series of game not yet complete. I'd prefer to play this fellow, then. He's level 4 and a lot of fun.

Don't worry, you won't be the only level 5, and you switching wouldn't be enough to adjust the tier. We'll be playing high with the 4-character adjustment.

Any odd mechanics you want to warn me about in advance: Setare uses the blade of mercy trait to deal non-lethal damage but she does not have the enforcer feat. She has the dervish dance feat to for dex to damage. Otherwise she is a typical parry / reposte and smite using swashbuckler / paladin.

should i rethink my selection here? I'd have to play a pregen for that upper tier. lvl 2 seems pretty dangerous for a frontline fighter. if that's the case i would bow out and give someone a chance to play a full character.

Glorne is a Hydrokineticsit(Cpld), is primary ranged, but can melee a little. He has the following infusions: Extended Range(SU); Kinetic Blade(SU); Kinetic Healer(sp); Slick(sp). He can also use: Metakinesis (Su): At 5th level, a kineticist gains the ability to alter her kinetic blasts as if with metamagic feats by accepting burn. By accepting 1 point of burn, she can empower her kinetic blast (as if using Empower Spell).

@Jeskit: there are several front-line fighters. Perhaps with a ranged throwing weapon, (alchemist fire, javalin,hand/throwing axe, etc.) first round, then closing it 2nd+ you should fare well.

In the end, it is completely your choice. Play what you want to play.
