This large room is an aged gallery. Its once-decorated walls have been stripped of the original mosaics and its decorations replaced with Draconic graffiti, crudely etched into the walls. Other than the scrawl on the walls, the chamber is noticeably cleaner and less dusty than the dungeon’s other rooms.
You push the door a little further, showing a large room which your torch cannot completely illuminate. A mournful howl comes from a stone well in the room’s center. This large chamber’s walls, once painted with vermilion and gilded with gold leaf, are now splotched and crumbling. Unlike the walls, however, the tiles that decorate the well are untouched by the ages and gleam as if recently polished.

Zarunkumar will retrieve her crossbow from the ground and end her icicle dagger spell. Loading her crossbow she will follow behind the boys. Before they charge in she will cast Guidance on Kent and give him a +1 for an attack that will most likely happen in this next round.
Kent counts "Three, two, one!" and three of you you move closer to inspect the well, weapons at the ready, looking at the bottom of it.
You hear a sweet voice calling you from down the well, and what's in the bottom doesn't matter to you anymore. You just hear it saying Jump! End you suffering!
Selter, Sutekh and Kent, please make a Will save DC 14, or jump into the 20-feet-deep well. Sutekh you got +1 from guidance.
Sithis grabs Sutekh by the foot, stopping him from jumping, and he comes to his senses.
Kaddok realizes Kent has lowered his bow and is about to let himself fall off. In a glimpse, he tries to grab the ranger before the worst happens,
Grapple:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
But he fails, and Kent falls of the well.
Damage:1d6 + 1d3 ⇒ (2) + (3) = 5
He hits the bottom in a second, as it's not so deep, but he gets really hurt. 5 damage. You look around, knowing what you've done, and there are many bones down here, scattered around. The bones are probably from a single humanoid creature, as there is only one skull. The howling has stopped.

While he gathers his rope, he calls out, "Now that you're down there, is there anything of interest?" Kaddok tosses one end of his rope down the well and braces himself to receive the weight of the ranger. "Climb that."
Bones and a skull. I heard a voice and was compelled to jump down here, so there must be something magical going on here. could someone more knowledgeable please investigate that? I think this was a deliberate trap, since there's no source for a voice.
You hear nothing at the door. You open it and see a stair descending a few steps. 15 feet ahead you see a Kobold suspended a few inches in the air. It is not moving. You pay attention and detect web all around it, sustaining the body. It doesn't look to be putrefied, so you may imagine it's the one who fled earlier, and have been recently killed.
I'm having some connection problems, so I might post fewer times per day.

"Ah, but if we burn it we won't end up like our kobold friend over there and we might just take out the spider responsible before it has a chance to sink it's poisonous teeth into us. But if you all just want to cut a little hole be my guest I'll just be here waiting until I know it's safe before I follow."In other words let just use the men as bait and I'll wait to kill what tries to kill you.
Sutekh moves ahead, cutting his way through the web and releasing the dead kobold in the way. Suddenly, the web trembles a little and a glimpse later something bites Sutekh's neck.
Bite:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 221d6 ⇒ 1 - Sutekh take 1 damage and make a Fort save. Confirm:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 121d6 ⇒ 2 Nope.
