El'la "Cinders" Scaldrein |

Ouch, that's one gruesome mist. Bleed and Constitution damage?
Coughing vigorously as the red mist seems to scratch her and draw blood from her fire-infused veins, El'la hunches over for a brief moment as she recovers her strength.
HP 8/8. Con modifier -1.

Artorius Pavo |

Obediant and of a malice filled vigor, Wencelas swung his axe down at the red misty form in concert with Elara. Wencelas seemed to have no concern for his own safety or even that of his companions, moving to a flanking position and hacking away with the grim axe.

The mist does not do well in this turn of events. After the final blow with the axe, it is dissipated enough that it falls into bloody, still droplets. It does not move. It seems that the creature is dead, if it was even really alive to begin with, a foamy mess lying on the ground.
There are two exits to the chamber, north and east. Both are barred, but the bars can be removed with effort (a full-round action).
Yeah, the mist can be pretty brutal at times.

Kaythor |

I didn't follow the order there, did I end up adding the mist to my network before it died? If so, I get temp PP I could use to heal people
Kaythor looks to the two doors as well, "Well I am not really sure. Perhaps we should look around for more instructions on where to go next."
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24

You added it to the network, if I remember correctly.
There seems to be no difference between the doors. Unusually, there is no inscription on either of them. Neither of them seemed trapped, either. The bars on them seem unusual, as if designed to not be easily opened in the dark, but now that it is light you can easily see the mechanisms on them and how to open them.

Elara Korechilde |

"Oh but I do" Elara says grimly. Drawing her polearm, she nimbly reverses it, and points the haft testingly towards the door.
"Stand clear while I open our way forwards from a safe distance."
Once everyone has taken cover, she attempts to use the polearm to open the right door.
If the door cannot be opened by a polearm, Total Defence and open the door as a move action while standing next to it

Cyx |

Cyx Moves along with the group.
as they mull over the doorway Cyx looks in less obvious locations for clues as to the correct direction.
search: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Cyx remains quiet as he looks around.

Kaythor |

Kaythor follows along with the others, but first focuses his energies on Elara, the only one he knows to be injured. With a mere thought, her wounds start to close at a rapid rate, healing her back to her former glory. Meanwhile he reaches for his sword and shield, following after the others. "Strength huh? I hope this room appreciates strength of mind along with strength of body"

Artorius Pavo |

"Perhaps we get a choice now? We should check the other hallway as well and see if an inscription greets our eyes as well. It could be that there is no longer just one correct pathway, but now the test is seeing whether we can make a decision between two equally dangerous paths." Artorius said as he walked forward into the chamber and read over the inscription that lay in the hallway beyond.
"Wencelas, open the other door." He instructed. Unable to defy his master, Wencelas pushed open the second door.

Artorius Pavo |

"Ruthlessness and rewards seem to be more worthy of our attention. I agree with Kaythor, we should consider this other pathway." Artorius said, even as he winced away the flicker of a spasm in his lower back.

Inside this room is a torture rack. It is currently empty, but all the tools to torture a single person are here, but there is currently nobody in this torture room. Nobody that you can see, that is. This room doesn't seem to go anywhere else, having no other doors. It is the same size as all the other rooms. Fifteen feet by fifteen feet, torture rack in the center.

Artorius Pavo |

Artorius and his servant strode into the room as well. He uttered an incantation which caused the symbol of his unholy patrons about his neck to shed bright light like a torch and began to examine the chamber, searching for any secret passages or hidden alcoves like they had found in the earlier rooms. Occassionally he would glance back to the torture rack, musing on his thoughts.
