As Paletress charges past him, Seamus brings the crossbow to bare, as the skeletons back away from Paletress he sees his opportunity and stepping forward fires at the skeleton who had backed against the eastern wall, once he fires the bolt he drops the crossbow and draws his rapier.

need to make room for Sparhawk and Caan after tossing his crossbow out of the way and drawing his sword, Seamus moves into the room in a wide arch approaching the skeleton from backside he attacks the thing, thrusting his rapier at it. "I will try and distract it!"

Assuming the zombies go before the others Sparhawk groans and moves 15ft to the stairs, readying an attack with his Glaive on the first zombie to approach. should based on map get AOO - I only get one - on a zombie that moves through my threat area, and can threaten 10ft so near the floor from the top?

if the zombies do not go before the others, I will assume someone will come barreling down the stairs, and move all the way down and just hit that blue one?

yeah DM I think you skipped Paletress, after I shouted about the zombies and killed one it was her turn, last in init. Should have been able to react to the call. Then this turn I killed another one and Paletress would have a regular turn again?

Seamus made two move actions in round three, was waiting for the zombies to move, didn't realize them healing was there move. so top of round four?

Seamus moves to the rail and carefully looks around. He fires down at the zombie at the end of the table calling out, "I can only see the one, does anyone see anything else?"

Yes but Paletress moved on the round the zombies appeared. The round I stepped out she should be able to act again at the end of the round. I could be wrong but pretty sure that was it unless the perception was her turn?

The target is the one by the door as he has two of our people pinned down, hegwig and shaemus. casting a disrupt undead from the balcony and hegwig was hiding in that corner on lower level before "that thing" came up to him. He is not sure if the creature sees him hiding there, he has taught to always hide when not performing a task. That corner seemed a good place; so now he feels threatened with it coming into his hiding place and would fly up from the corner attacking with claw/talon on the way to me and then hide again.

hegwig:

Stealth in that corner, he has been there a couple of rounds hiding: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (15) + 21 = 36
