Seamus Passeri
seeing one bandic move to the south on foot and the other run for the horses, Seamus calls out "Hey they are trying to escape? We can't question them if they leave!" realizing he may shoot his friends if he aims for the bandit near the horses, he chooses to aim at the one who fired upon Autumn, pulling the cord back till he hears it click he quickly places a quarrel into the groove and bringing the crossbow to bear on the bandit, fires.

Paletress, the Laughing Blade
Soon as Paletress' turn comes up:
Paletress slaps aside the feeble slice of her foe's sword with a crazed giggle. Following through with her movement, she plants her weight and swings...
Longsword (No Power Attack): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 61d8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Awesome damage roll completely negated by $%$^%#^#%^@ attack roll... IT TAUNTS ME, IT DOES!
Sparhawk.
Sparhawk hopes the bandit is not trained in horse combat, and aims for his horse instead, hoping to buck the rider out of the saddle.

He them moves in to try and cut off the running one as far as he can.

No, he has no ranks in ride so when the horse bucks and runs he ends up prone on the ground. Of course the other two horses will bolt with it.

Paletress looks at the bandit engaging Caan, then at the one she is locked with, and her laughter rises in pitch as she moves the five feet over to stand directly between the two bandits. Possible AOO from first bandit?
Now in position, she swings on her original target again, using the numbers of her enemies against them.

They miss Caan three times! Seamus and Sparhawk are up then top of round four. Caan, you have gone already.
Sparhawk.
Sparhawk moves in to attack the nearest bandit.
I think I am on the opposite side of where I intended to move. Was trying for two rounds to head off the runner but am on the opposite side of map from him. If its fixed and I am in range I will attack, or if I can hit another one
attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
damage: 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (2, 4) + 4 = 10
Seamus Passeri
after loading his crossbow, seeing Paletress dispose of one thief and that Caan has the second well in hand, and that they are ignoring Sparhawks offer to surrender, Seamus moves forward and brings his crossbow to bear at the one who had attempted to escape pitty about the horses and fires the crossbow at the bandit.
attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19 for damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8
brvheart
I am not sure where you were planning on moving Sparhawk. I don't believe I moved you. You had a clear shot until Caan moved in your way. firing at the other one is firing into combat so it misses. Seamus shoots and puts down the far one.
Paletress, the Laughing Blade
I don't recall dropping the other bandit... I haven't rolled over 10 on my attack rolls this combat. Oh well, gonna knock down the one on Caan anyway.
Paletress rounds on the bandit engaged with Caan, howling with insane laughter as her sword lashes out...
Longsword: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 3 + 2 = 211d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
...and gives a hearty longsword tickle to the bandit's spine.
Paletress, the Laughing Blade
Paletress romps over to the place where the bandits' horses were previously kept before they were encouraged to depart with a bolt to the butt.
Survival for Track: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
"Heh heh! how keen are we on these horses? They might heh heh lead us back to their other friends... and the wretched pustules what ride on 'em. HA!"
brvheart
padded armor, buckler, short sword, shortbow with 19 arrows, 8 gp, 5 sp each so x3. Their horses bolted.
Caan the Unfettered
Caan shrugs at Sparhawk, unhelpfully. "Groetus has given me all the help he sees fit to today. I suppose I could try some pressure on the wound..."
Heal the dying bandit: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Caan sits back, grinning. "Haha! All better... Well, sort of."
Funny thing, Caan can't stabilize. I figured we'd never need to. Whoops!
brvheart
I already deleted the bandits so I don't know how far they were below 0. Presume they were dead as you cannot heal them anyway. What is everyone doing?
Paletress, the Laughing Blade
Paletress' previous survival check was to track the horses on the basis that they would return to their point of origin / other bandits. if the others are seeking to camp out in this little clearing tho...
Survival: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12 thinking up other ways to mitigate the cold / spotting a workable site.
