sweet!
I love my Macbook Pro, and my wife has an Air. Actually, we're an all Apple household with a pair of iPhones, pair of iPads, and even our networking is an airport extreme and airport express.
Say what you want... Apples just work
Plus,as a developer, it is nice being on a truly multiprocessing system!

Note: Faction cards have been released. For my games, I'll note on the chronicles which checkboxes you earn, just remind me during the game.
Now, I need someone playing a character in The Exchange to play with Lucius. Now that I see their benefits... I have to switch him!

TheBobJones |

Just printed off my cards, sorely disappointed in the Sovereign Court. Finarin was always a bit of a mismatch crunch wise, but unless I am misreading them, consider me underwhelmed. The other look decent.
Overall +1 to the idea, and I am hoping more come out that would be of use. Living Greyhawk did something like this.
Really? 2 tasks for a +2 to a Kn check.

Ha, apple-lovers! ;)
And Steve, good luck with your new job!
Honestly? I used to be such a fanboy. Now, the UI is going down the toilet, quality control is poor, the iPhone is more of a follower than a leader and it all just isn't as good as it used to be. With almost exactly the same setup as Jack (except both my AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule shat themselves), the switching cost for me is just too high. I'll never move to Linux (again) but the newer Windows and Android versions continue to impress me.
Huh. If you talked to me three years ago, I'd think you were crazy if you thought I'd ever say that!

Hey all, a small apology for my posting yesterday. I was sick at home with my wife (who was also sick) and we were binging on 24 while I was posting. I missed a few things, including some your posts and the rules, and could have done more to set up the atmosphere, etc, in RoW. Anyway, sorry for the half-arsed posts.
I'm feeling a fair bit better today, and will try to pick up the quality. Full-arse today.

You are forgiven for whatever infraction you may think you have committed... :)
Yesterday I got out of orientation at 3, went to get my tax voucher in the mail, saw the house we want to put an offer on, went to the bank to close on a car loan, went to get the car (all of those things about an hour away from where I am staying...)
So tired ....

You know my pain!
It's actually not bad, I'm not complaining. We are excited about everything, it's just very busy, so many things to check and do and verify and call... It will slow down soon I'm sure... :)

Okay, so with 1 person yet to respond, the results of the original poll are essentially in.
We have a dead tie for both Drongos games:
- #6-07: Valley of Veiled Flame (4/6 votes)
- #6-17: Fires of Karamoss (4/6 votes)
An interesting thing about those two is that, according to the scenario planner, GM Silbeg must be the one to run #6-07 and GM Karma must be the one to run #6-17.
**** On that note, please don't forget to change your "X" marks to a "G", "P" or "G,P" on the scenario planner so we know who's available for GMing / playing or neither. ****
So, our choice of GM will determine which game we play. Since GM Silbeg is our current GM... GM Karma, do you want to run the next game? If so, it'll be Fires of Karamoss next (without Amaranti and Kaisharga, but Lort and Gunari ride again... again!). If not, it looks like (Silbeg willing) we'll be playing Valley of Veiled Flame next (without Gunari or the free holy beer).
I'll try to work out a more deterministic survey for next time (or someone else can have a stab at it!)

FYI - in planning, I will almost always be willing to rerun a scenario. I've learned that, in general, after a character has hit 2nd level with GM credit, I'd rather just play him (or her).
So, don't worry about the "G" for me!
But, I am now up to date on everything, I believe.

Ok - So today will be interesting to say the least.
My phone took a crap on me last night, which is my primary means of checking the game when I am... well... most anywhere. I won't be back at a computer where I can check the games until late this evening. I am hoping to make a claim on my phone and get a replacement today, but I have no idea if/how/when that is going to happen.
Please don't let me hold anything up today! If it is my turn, don't hesitate to bot me.

Damien Wilmann |

Thanks Steve. Sucks about the phone! Hopefully it does a surprise rez like my computer did. Probably best to be safe and replace anyway, but it can keep you going in the meantime. Surprise rezzes from technology are rare, though... more for old fashioned cars driven by women (waiting often cancels the flooding from an impatient foot).
Well enough about my computer religion and sexism... good luck!

PapaSteve's Wayfinder Alias |

It did! I can't believe it! I actually had to cancel the insurance claim... I get to trade my phone in in a few months anyway, I would rather not pay the deductible if I can avoid it.
That is two miraculous rezzes in this group in the lady few weeks...

Interest Check I am on the fence about running another season 5, but if I do I was considering the Wadrstone Patrol tier 3-7. Checking out the scenario planner, only Jack and Jyri have played it. So Bob's <whatever Aussie slang Damien used> could run through that again with the addition of Chris B. {Arthrax}. I know Steve is crazy with the move and work, and Chris L. had to cut back, but just throwing it out there.
Damian and I really wanted to get to the Worldwound and I think that is the scenario for it.
Let me know :)

My daughter's school has an anti-drug program called 'Too Good for Drugs' and Officer Sue gave a presentation this week on peer pressure.
I guess I am a bad role model for her.
Sorry Steve, but glad to see Pooka swing his stubby little legs and saddle Luna up once again.
@ Everyone Lockwood IS lame. ;)

TheBobJones |

Ok, so my daughter had a sleepover last night and some of her friends have medical issues so I had to stay sober, amazing what you can get done staying sober and drinking a pot of coffee.
Here is the Wardstone Patrol thread, we have Arthrax, Pooka, Sun, and Xull. I would prefer to run with 5-6 so we don't have the adjustment, and I believe that everyone is 3rd? This runs at tier 3-7 so we will be tier 3-4.
Chris L. - do you have anyone other than Ibid even available at tier 3-4?
I do not plan on running this until later in the week to give everyone time to get leveled up and what not.

It is easy to be strong when you don't have a horse in the race.
I am definitely going to save replays... I have six left, now, and probably want to save four for a repay of eyes of the ten. Probably.
Indeed to play more IRL so that Angelo can hit 12... But most of my play locally lately has been (or will be) high level modules. Oh well.

TheBobJones |

Thanks Jack.
Potential Demonfodder - Have your characters prepped and ready to go. Once Frostfur is done we'll be full steam ahead. I will be answering PC questions - like Xull's - in the meantime so feel free to post when the mood strikes you.
Chris L. - Since Vox won't level after Frostfur, just think about your potential purchases. I will allow you to retcon some purchases by a day or so since you have such a quick turn around. Oh, and at your leisure, can you dot in so I can make my tables. No rush, it seems like a light week for me so I'd like to get as much prep done while I have the time.
Let's go make some venison jerky and learn how to use a crossbow!
