Game Day VII session 1 begins Monday, August 13th.:
Beneath the Grand Lodge of Absalom lie the vaults, a series of storerooms and libraries that contain much of the Society’s findings from the past centuries. Cataloguing the sundry relics and texts takes time, and finds requiring closer study find their way to an extensive vault called the Overflow Archives. Soon after a pair of initiates sneaks into the archive and steals a few items on a dare, the complex inexplicably springs a leak. It is up to the PCs to investigate this strange phenomenon and put a stop to it before thousands of priceless documents are ruined forever.
Content in “The Overflow Archives” also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the Dark Archive faction.
He doesn't believe in 'game balance'. Gandalf always lets him pass. As a feat, he has Exotic Weapon Proficiency (beard). The city guard often question him, just because they find him so interesting. His dice bag is woven from tarrasque leather. His TPKs end game lines. His blood cures moderate wounds. He once punched a flumph. Yes, you heard me. He belongs to a prestige class whose sole requirement for entry is just being him. ♬ He is indeed, the most interesting GM in the world. ♬
I feel you. No 16s, but 13 10s in the last 14 days. Gotta pump out those auto-parts before our Tangerine-in-Chief deep-sixes NAFTA. ;)

So Razka, on reading Razka's bio I'm not really getting a 'lawful' vibe from him (LN). Maybe N or CN (or even *gasp* CE) but nothing particularly screams 'law'. Does he have a personal moral code of some sort? I noted the deference paid to the Paracountess but that was about it thus far.

He does have a moral code. He won't break the law, though he'll bend it a great deal.
He won't break his word, but will be careful not to give his word, either and doesn't mind deceiving people through omission or suggestion.
Basically, he's a letter of the law/rules sort of guy. He'll follow them all but if there is a situation that is iffy or not covered by law or rules, he'll take full advantage.
He's as close to being LE as possible without actually actively oppressing people.
Female N Vanara Druid 9 (Supernaturalist) - Init. +3, Senses Low-Light Vision, Scent, Perception +17, AC 17/ touch 15/ ff 14; hp 48/48 + aegis of recovery; F+6, R+6, W+11; Speed 30 ft., Climb 20 ft. ; Current conditions: small size, hunter's blessing, barkskin, bull's str, bear's end.
The bio makes it sound more like everything is about 'me' for Razka. The 'make the rules work for me' is typical to most rich or powerful persons, which are in majority, ultimately in it for themselves. This can be applicable to any alignment to a certain degree, but Razka's bio as written makes it clear that Razka is number one, that people are from his perspective drawn towards him just cause he's awesome.
A typical LN guy will have genuine drive or focus on improving civilization, himself (Irori followers), or focus on rising within a strict hierarchy for a large organization steeped in traditions and codes of conduct.
Basically, CN is 'in it for myself first' and LN is 'in it for everyone else then me last'. I'd recommend adding some additional perspective in the write-up to demonstrate / showcase his code and how he strives to popularize this code in the world he lives in (what is Razka's cause and how does he fit vis-a-vis others who share his ideals?)

No worries. Bob was hypnotized anyhow. Now Abaal though, Abaal is worried. Hope life treats you and your grand better in the future.

Psst! Don't tell anyone I said this, but they're giving out boons (ba-boons in Vina and Lakadee's case) so please roll a d20 over here when you get the chance. Don't let anyone know I told you.

You now have all the pieces of the puzzle. Some of you, I know have played this before and some of you have probably read the scenario to run it for others. There are a couple of riddles (or riddles with in riddles) hidden amid the fragments.
If you know the answers because you have had previous experience with the scenario let us know and please refrain from answering directly. If you haven't you have until Saturday morning EST to discuss and give the answers. At which point I will make with chronicles. ;)

I probably won't get a chance to post again before the deadline, tomorrow (it seemed so far away when it was given...) so here are my OOC guesses that someone can use as their IC guess, depending on what people think is the most likely (which may not be either one, of course.)
By the most straightforward reading, I think it's the birds eating out of the crocodile's mouth (not the owl and albatross) because they seem to be the only ones I can see who definitively ate after someone else and were not then eaten by someone else.
But, I'm caught up on the 2nd line...the "Knowing what you don't know you know", you know?
If that's the case, I think the answer is, literally "I don't know." Meaning that the answer is not actually in the riddle and it just requires someone to admit they don't know and thereby "lose."
That answer resonates with me more because it also seems to me that, like Razka, Mr. Caught would never admit he didn't know something so that's why he didn't strike upon the answer.
So, there're my 2 coppers for the discussion. I don't know what the answer is so I'm good with whatever anyone else guesses.

What was the answer to the riddle, anyway?

All the riddles between the sub-riddles between third line and the last line are superfluous and should be removed from consideration. Each is there own beast, only there to confuse the subject. Now with your riddle reduced to three lines and a title (itself mostly superfluous as well) who eats last?

Mine looks good. It would have looked better if I'd found that book, of course...

The precepts is really tough to achieve. First you have to find it. Naturally it is in the corner of the archive covered in darkness but once that is dealt with then you have to take time to find it on the shelf. Then there's the defensive curse....
I tried for it once with a character that really could have used it and failed. Later, I realized my best chance to get it would be to GM the scenario. ;)

No problem.
I'm shutting the thread down tomorrow. The game has already been reported to The Powers That Be.
