Janina steps back and snaps her whip at the minotaur''s weapon hand trying to disarm the beast of his battleaxe to no avail.

Insteam the brute lowers it's head and charges her with his horns. It hits with bone crunching force. She falls hard to the ground and does not stir.

Her inspire effect ends.

Sidi runs out of the tunnel. He crosses the clearing, stopping on the cave's side of the underbrush as he sees Janira collapsed in front of the minotaur. "Janira! No!"
Then he notices Hallimir standing on the bank of the stream.
"Hallimir! Fall back into the cover of the brush!"

Tawner can hear Sidi's bellow as Janira falls silent. He keeps his hurried pace trying not to stumble. Not to fall.

"Janira!!!!" shouts Hallimir as he sees the Halfling fall to the ground.
Seeing the strength of the bull and the bloodlust in its eyes, Halimir remembers his encounter with the giant flea and reconsiders his plan...
Maybe I should stay away from that one until the others get here.
He then takes a 5ft step to the north east, sheaths his mace and draws his shortbow.

Wait...I'm a bit confused. Did the Minotaur get stuck or did he bull rush me?
If he is stuck....is he prone or otherwise subject to a sneak attack?
The minotaur rolled a 2 on an acrobatics check he needed a 10 on to clear the stream and fell partly in. He is prone.

As the great beast charges, Hallimir jumps in shock and relief. "Whoa, that was close."
But seeing, the Minotaur collapse following it's tragic encounter with a slippery rock, he smirks slightly, unstoppers the vial in his off hand with his teeth and spits the cork in the direction of the now rather wet Minotaur, "C'mon Bessie, you can do better than that, try and catch me now".
With that he downs the liquid in the vial with a single motion. Anyone watching sees Hallimir's figure fade and disappear.
Once the potion takes effect, he repositions to confuse the beast.
Stealth move: 1d20 + 8 + 20 ⇒ (12) + 8 + 20 = 40
Standard: Drink Potion of Vanish Invisible until the end of my next turn
Move: 15ft into Difficult Terrain (25ft Move cost) So that thing can't charge me again :-)

Sidi moves along the bank, watching the minotaur as it withdraws. He carefully balances across the slippery log and then steps off of it so that the log is between himself and the horned giant.

The log does not slow movement but requires an acrobatics check (DC 7) to move across and negates your Dex bonus to AC. Swimming however is usually pretty slow and coming up on the beach requires you to haul yourself up from the water's edge after getting yourself, and all your gear soaked.
reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
If you like, Lydia could simply end her last move on the slippery log prone and you can use your swim roll for your acrobatics roll.

"MOOOOO!!!" The feral giant does not look happy about the arrow that scored its arm. Hallimir can tell because the thing is looking directly at him.
It pulls a huge javelin (little more than an uprooted and sharpened) sapling from its bandoleer and hurls with terrific force at the elf.

The small tree hits another small tree just to Hallimir's right bisecting it.

Crossing the Log Acrobatics (DC 7), no Dex bonus to AC while attempting the crossing. Failed? It takes a Reflex save (DC 13) not to fall in the rough waters. Instead you just fall prone on the 3'-wide log. It's log, it's big, it's heavy, it's wood.
