            Wrathe isn't close enough?
But I wrote: "Wrathe moves into position, his borrowed Staff of Illumination raised in preparation of battle."

Guess he poses or something.
My mistake. I assumed you would hold back, even though you said you did not. It is crowded in there, though, so I would have had to displace Ssilax or have you open the table - but I wanted to speed it up a bit, I admit.
Next time I'll let you take on the troll first if you so desire, sir! :-)

            Daxniss sheet check:
- Should have 14 hp (8 +2 Con +1 Favored Class +3 Toughness). Both full and current, please.
- Wyrmtouched: please put your base racial abilities on your sheet. I prefer them under Feats and Special Abilities.
- Did you select your bonus feat? You need to write it on your sheet.
- Thieves' tools weigh 1 lb. while a grappling hook only weighs 4 lbs.
- You have one too many languages, I think.

Heck, I'll solo it.

p.s. No worries, you're right. Should there be a derth of space he would definitely give up his spot to another. Not used to grid map stuff, so that will be an adjustment.

I didn't see another table so I spent my move action to sheathe her rapier, I'll spend her next round move action to get on to a table, climb up and take a swing with my quarter staff. I'll fix my character sheet when I get a chance. Sorry about the delay/confusion.

Pre-next combat we had people looking in on the papyrus/paper in the honeycomb. Was there anything interesting conveyed in that search?

I'm assuming we're going with the normal rules for spell preparation in terms of how long it takes, even though we're using Mana. The time is spent refreshing those spells for the day.
In terms of rest, Divine casters don't need any particular period of rest, though if they go without sleep for too long there will certainly be impacts of that.
For Arcane casters, Rules As Written (RAW) say: To prepare his daily spells, a wizard must first sleep for 8 hours. The wizard does not have to slumber for every minute of the time, but he must refrain from movement, combat, spellcasting, skill use, conversation, or any other fairly demanding physical or mental task during the rest period. If his rest is interrupted, each interruption adds 1 hour to the total amount of time he has to rest in order to clear his mind, and he must have at least 1 hour of uninterrupted rest immediately prior to preparing his spells.
For freaks like Ssilax, who are both divine and arcane casters, I will assume the rest rule is required for the arcane spells only. Other rules will apply, and his divine spells would normally be prepared at the same time every day. Would that be in the morning?

Just an FYI, if you would like to post more than once in a day, that is of course fine. Post as often as you like; just don't get ahead of the GM, time-wise.
As for me, I'm dealing with the stressful situation of a broken sewer pipe and the mess that entails. And that it will likely not be fixed until Friday. I don't imagine I will have to go dark for any length of time, but just in case...

As a heads up, Wrathe always sees the world in magical auras (constantly on, for good or for ill), so if there's something to see it's hopefully relayed : )
Just wondering if this is a spell that hit them. Wrathe has a low spell resistance, and it would be fun to blow the dust off that ability lol.

Yes, I realize that, and remembered it. I would have mentioned it, but it never hurts to ask. I figure it's something I'll have to get used to, but so far I haven't forgot. Thus, there are no magic auras in the room.
Well, aside from FOUR characters of four so far rolling 21s for their Will saves. Must be some magic in that!

For those climbing down, your move rate divided by 4 for each move action and therefore each check. Actually, the last ten feet can you can just drop, so let's say it's 40 feet of climbing.
So if you have a move of 30, you'll need checks at
0
8
15
23
30
38
If you want to drop from higher than 10 feet (feet 4 feet above the ground), you can try it but you'll have to make Dex/Acrobatics checks.
If you have a move of 20, you'll need checks at:
0
5
10
15
20
25
30
35

Dorian had said he was going last, so I had all the rest of you on the ground already. That means Daxniss can take an action, as well as Ssilax. Wrathe too, if he only took a move action.
Wrathe will forgo his miss this round and ready an action in case you attack us from some unexpected angle (so he can miss that way too!).

Big boom! Presumably you're centering it more than 80' away, even if the horde is closer than that.
Here's a rough map, showing what you know. Scale is: 150 horizontal feet or so between the rope and the door. You guys are now close to the wall, with the skellies SW of you about 60 feet.
