It that apology time again. I was trying to get on a regular schedule when ..... POW! Real life kicked me in the balls. I am just getting resituated, please bear with. I do apologize, but one of the things that is good with PbP is that if you are patient, it will move forward. Happy Holidays to you all, and I hope all is well

It's PbP. We all have weird hours, lol

It has easily been a decade since I last played a real melee type. I forgot how satisfying it can be to hack monsters apart with a greatsword.

It is fun to do a lot of damage via pure brawn. You ginsued that Tatzylwyrm but good

Sometimes I forget how weird it is to play a character that doesn't talk much in a PbP...

*sigh*. Folks, again a big sorry. As some of you that follow me on FB might know there's been a lot of changes in my life lately. I have been remiss about updating: Mea Culpa. I will endeavor to get to it by tomorrow, but we have yet another Storm brewing. I'm at a new job and times and money are tight. Please bear with, I love GMing this game and my others. I will resume ASAP

I'm going to have limited computer access for the coming week and probably won't be able to post again until the 23rd.

Don't sweat it Patrick. That is why I like to have multiple PBPs going. If one slows down for awhile, I have the others to scratch the RP itch. Unfortunately, I've been busy as well and haven't had a chance to post much in my own PBP.

I'll be ready when you are ready.

Hi folks. I'm just gauging what sort of interest we still have here. I am running two abandoned characters, and it seems like the posting is way off. I know this game has suffered some droughts of posting. Much of that is my fault. This game was supposed to introduce my soon-to-be-ex-wife into PbP, but she gave up before we even got started.

I am willing to keep going, if that is the consensus. I am also willing to pull the plug. I just need to know. I see three options:

1. Keep going as we are. Just with more posts
2. Pull the plug: no harm no foul
3. Modify the game by ditching the dead wood characters and recruiting a few new ones.

Let me know what you think

Still interested, and flexible as far as options go. If you're not feeling it as a GM due to time or stress or whatever, I certainly wouldn't be upset if you wanted to call it off, but I'm happy to keep going with or without additional characters and/or a new adventure. I could make Tristan a bit more talkative as well, the low number of posts on my part was generally just because I was playing him as relatively quiet.

I'm still interested in the game and the adventure. Jeydavu is built specifically with this adventure in mind so I don't know how he'd do in a different game. Work has been keeping me busy which is the cause of the reduced posts on my part. We could leave Penelopy behind. I'd like to keep Ecaterina around since the initial group distrust of a winter witch makes an interesting role play hook.

Hopefully, Flash can get his Internet back soon.

Oops forgot to vote, I vote for a modified option 3 first, and option 1 as my second choice.

Yeah I'd actually like to keep playing. Unlike my other problems I have been struck with over the past few years, this current issue seems to have made me long for gaming. I am checking the boards more than I have since 2012.

Anyway, I am cool going forward. I will ditch Penelopy. She has bad baggage on my side anyway. I think perhaps another person or two would be good. I'll keep Ecaterina. I'll just have to make a postable DMPC. Craig had a pretty good stat block up.

Dave, I actually want to run this AP. I've always had a fascination with Baba Yaga and the Russian mythos. I also want to get to Rasputin, even though I know that is conceivably years away in PbP time. I really don't want another free-form sandbox homebrew game. I have two of those going, and even with my interest revitalized the game prep is punishing.

So, if there are no objections I'll put out the recruiting call for two players by Monday. Unless you folks know anyone who wants to jump in.

I can see if my son is interested if you wish. He is wanting to get into PBPs. (He just started in CH's ravenloft game.)

Who did we lose besides the GMPC?

Craig is on possible permanent hiatus due to life issues. Thus I will be GMPCing his character for the foreseeable future

I like my PC, and I'm liking the game. I suppose my vote is for option 3. Hopefully if we get somebody new, we can bring in a skill-based character to replace Penelopy.

Healing-wise, should we acquire more healing kits, Tristan's Heal modifier is high enough to attempt Treat Deadly Wounds for a little extra healing.

Tama is at full health. Unfortunately, though, I used the Divine Hunter archetype, which swaps out all of the paladin's healing abilities for archery abilities.

Good morning all. Patrick has approved my posting here in the discussion thread. Happy to be included in the thread. I won't be starting yet though as he needs to find a way to get me into the group. Looks like my first few spells cast will be cure spells! 75% of my characters have been clerics so I am more than happy to be the party bag o' heaalin' :-)

Thank You Dennis/Athromar. I am considering having you unconscious on the further bank of the stream. Perhaps a victim of exhaustion or the ice Elementals just vanquished. We'll play it by ear , but I'd like to get you in the game as soon as possible
