I figure this down time might be a fun place to get something going to introduce Trompe.

Assuming our Storyteller is well enough, I have my World of Darkness game tonight. Meaning any in game posts will be late tonight, if at all.

Who all is planning on going to find Thoth, and who is planning on staying behind? As far as I can tell, the only one who might/is probably staying behind is Alyssa (IC to help reestablish Al- Lamar, both physically and intellectually, OOC because I probably can't run a plot and Alyssa together).

Anyways, MonkeyGod, I'm going to go ahead and steal your character for 5 minutes, as we talked about. You can have her back in a minute, I promise!

All good, and I can run some plot with Alyssa if ya want, or not, if you think even playing her would be too much on top of GM duties.

Not sure. If we have I had an idea for something to run, there'll be a fair amount of fey and some eldritch beings in it. Other than that I don't want to spoil much.

I had some things lined up for each PC(more or less), but most of it was going to be limited to Al'Lamar, as I didn't want to get too far away since not sure what's up with Yasss coming back and if she'll be able/want to pick up where she left off.

As per the inevitable Murphy's Law, which of course governs my life, as with all of existence, my boss came to me and asked me to get together a big presentation for when corporate comes down on Monday- all while expected to do my normal job, as per normal. And, at least, until tonight, I've literally come home and collapsed onto my bed and died to dreamland. I really do apologize- I was hoping to run that little segment for ya'll, I really was. Just don't see how until Wednesday, when corporate leaves, unfortunately.

We'll wait.

I was thinking about that. In Osirion, hieroglyphs and other wall paintings we used everywhere. That's one way to introduce you.

Sorry for the delay, still here, just slow. I want to assure everyone that I believe I am healthy enough to continue this game till the end and am dedicated to doing so but the pace may fluctuate a lot, going really fast or really slow depending.

It appears that Summer is a campaign-killer. I'm in several pbps that haven't gone anywhere in over a week!

Hey guys, just wanted to ask here first before I try and make a recruitment if Would anyone be interested in a solo or duo game with the setting being this one right here.

We'd be using the starfinder rules, however loosely, and it will *Essentially* be a non-combat game unless some extreme actions are taken or some bad decisions are made. The story will be custom, completely depending on your character, their personality and backround. While reading the original source isn't required, I recommend reading the first threads worth and no farther. Any more will give some stuff away that may pertain to the game.

And remember, not all of it is cosher but it never gets worse than a cheesy dollar romance book. The game won't be that way at all though... just using the setting. PM ya boy if you're interested.

Ok, yeah, I'm putting the game into sleep mode as I simply don't have the time at the moment, I'll PM everyone when I'm ready and prepared to awaken the game again to see if people would like to come back.

I'm down with letting you guys run what you like, I'm just personally in a place were I can't consistently contribute right now. If you or Vulture want keep things going that's cool, I'm still learning about Pbp and even if this game dies in sleep mode at least I've learned a ton and can do a much better job next time, but I definitely prefer for it to be successful and staying active increases the chance of that a lot I think.

So yeah, we can do what we want, one way or another.

I was waiting to see if VK was going to reply. It's been just over a day. It's the summer, and the middle of the work week. Maybe a wee bit o patience, yea?

I ask becouse this game has some of the most experienced and best [in my view] players on there boards here. I have no doubt something can be sorting for such a high interest game. I say this as there are not just players/GMs in this game but also a number of learkers watching to see what experienced players do at this level, the PCs that have been made, the way they interact, the player/GM Drama being crafted.

It would seem a shame to disappoint our spectators :)
