I am, but the spell isn't a fear affect. I believe I'd be immune to the aspect of the demoralize, but not the fire damage or the chance of igniting in flames.
...Enemies that are demoralized this way take 1d10 points of fire damage and must succeed at a Reflex save or catch fire.
Nevermind. I suppose I'd have to be demoralized before the fire part kicks in. So...immune?
Right. And I think your +4 doesn't apply since the spell doesn't have the [fear] descriptor on it. The fear comes from the intimidate, which is non-magic, gives no save, and is totally fair in all circumstances.

Yep, I agree with Inam being completely immune to all aspects, and the +4 in this case not applying.
Technically, since I just swore allegiance to her, I think she wouldn't even qualify as "enemy" at this point, so she wouldn't even be targeted. I feel like that wording was meant for more cut-and-dried scenarios though.
I'm imagining a lineup of twenty people, one of whom is a spy. An inquisitor yells at all of them, and the one who flinches and catches fire is the 'enemy'.
Agazi is also out of his mind and speaking in tongues. I'm not too worried about whether an effect she is immune to took effect or not :)
And there's no way the spell works that way to pick out spies. "Enemies" and "allies" are designated by the caster.
Yeah, I wasn't trying to suggest it did work that way. I was trying to point out how absurd it would be if it wasn't designated by the caster. Is that ever written down anywhere? I looked and couldn't find it.
Looked a bit myself, and it doesn't seem like there is an official ruling. But it's easy enough to say that a 1st level Bless isn't going to pick out the polymorphed red dragon you think is your childhood friend and say "nope, that's actually your enemy - I'm not going to work on him!"

Couple things:
1) Friday, Sat, Sunday I'll be unlikely to post anything. I'll be helping with a local Con from 1000hrs Friday till 1900hrs Sunday.
2) It may be later by the time I get a chance to post today. Been trying to get round 2 up all morning: But have been getting slammed at work. Been here 6hrs and have given out 114 ambulance calls so far...

Inam mentioning vacation, etc made me think - what is everyone's spring and summer looking like? Is anyone planning on climbing mountains, etc and being out of contact for a week or more? If so, we can plan another "two week break" where time moves forward and the narrative is a little more relaxed.
I'll be around for the foreseeable future - kiddos need to be a bit older before long vacations are in the cards.
Baby due July 19th... so that could be anytime this summer.

Congrats on the baby! They are delightful monsters :) and I mean that with affection. I renamed my brothers dog monster before they had their first and then I nicknamed her monster. I was great. I could say "Monster come here." and they both would come running. Freaking awesome.
The first one is always so much fun as you figure things out. My brother and his fiance had their second last year and they are awesome. I call it Beasty.
On July 4 though the 8th everyone in my house has time off and apparently instead of sleeping the whole time they want to 'do things' so I doubt I will have free time.
The first week of June I have to go out of state for a few days for a conference.
At some point I'm going out of the state to escape...but don't know when yet.
Gotcha. 4th of July week isn't too big of a surprise. Keep us posted on your out of state escape Inam!

Gotta ask how Agazi knows about the guy Kallik killed or the claws. Can't think of a time when he knew about that. She only really had the claws for a day or two and rarely had them come out and the fight at the trail was the only time it was public since I do not recall it being mentioned in that article. And only Ibinu and I think Fiordelise.
