I took only one Trait, via Campaign. I'm not sure on the rest - if you have suggestions, I'm open to them.

Right now, I don't really know what to do.

same here... why take a trait that doesn't really apply to your character - concentration checks are generally for casters.


Well, I figured I'd need Concentration bonuses as I'm ADD - it's part of my bad Charisma ;)

In the rules of that particular trait you are either siblings or you share the same foster parents.

In which case, I would assume, I was adopted by Patak's parents when I was young, making his own parents older still; nearly venerable.

If Patak and I are in fact "Adopted brothers" then I would have a much different view on things, however.

Patak would be my de facto elder brother and the effective []pater familias[/i] of my House.

I would therefore function merely as his aid and chief bodyguard and doing my best to follow both my blood family and my adopted family's customs.

I grabbed Nobility and Reigion for knowledge, next level I can start on planes and grab spellcraft cause I get bonuses versus Evil Outsiders (demons). I'm never gonna be good, but can manage aid. What I can do is get a pretty good diplomacy if you Cha-sters can focus on other skills and only toss a few spare ranks in dip if ya got em?

Oriana - I hate to ask, but how did you get Angelic Flesh as a feat - it requires a prerequisite of the feat 'Angelic Blood' and aasimars only get 1 feat at 1st level.


Oops I missed that too. I thought angelic blood meant the angel-kin variant of Aasimar and not a separate feat. Thanks Maelchar.

I assumed Aasimar/Angelkin falls under angelic blooded? If that is incorrect, then I can fix it but when I initially mentioned it as my chosen feat no one told me it was incorrect.

I will have to make an edit later to my character then.


You know after looking at Maelchar I see angel blooded taken as the feat choice and never put two and two together. The question is...is Maelchar going to take the Angelic flesh feat at third level?

wasn't planning on taking angelic flesh - I am planning on taking Angel WIngs if the game continues to 10th lvl and Maelchar survives.


The survivability part I don't know, but the campaign is written to go to 20th level. I at least am planning on it going to the end.

Played around with her character a little so she makes more sense. Picked up Judgment Surge as her feat.

I think she's okay now.


At work late tonight. For those that wanted to move forward originally, assume you did as So'rien was summoning the dog. That way you can be in position to react to the cockroaches and take a full turn this round. Sorry about this. Will try to get an update tonight with a new map but no guarentees.

So'rien, so I may be better prepared with tokens for the maps, what creatures do you think you will use most often? That way I don't have to keep making new ones for each encounter I can make a bunch at one time. Thanks


Everyone...based on the minor tweaks and questions to characters thus far I am going to allow you to adjust your characters as you want until we reach second level. This will give you a chance to try out a feat different feat or skill set or atributes. I will let you know when we are about to level. That being said, no changes can be made during a combat or skill challenge. I want you all to have fun playing a character you like but don't want to deal with constantly changing characters.

Hope this works for you all. Any questions about builds and the AP I will try my best to answer without giving anything away.

So yes Garith, you can switch to two weapon fighting but need your dex higher. You could switch your con and dex to make it work for a quick adjustment.

It'll typically be eagles but I reserve the right to change my mind at any time lol. BTW if you are using token tool I can make all the tokens for you for map tools. I have a pretty extensive map tool librArt if you need any help with maps and such.


Thanks for the offer So'rien. An yes you can choose what you want for summons. I wouldn't limit you on that although I would like to see you summon a squid or eel right now in the caves just for something different.

I "fixed" Garith... he's a little quicker, more lythe, but less aware and more naive... thank gods of Good for Divine Favor lol
