Alright, I have opened the floodgates to new applicants for Cassandra's spot. Please keep an eye on the Recruitment thread & tell me if any applicants particularly catch your attention, for good or ill.

The oracle: I like that he'll read/post multiple times per day. I'm not a fan of Aasimars though, I'm a stickler for the good old CRB races :)
The cleric of Pharasma could fit in very nicely with Vivian's background, and would offer many possibilities. He is however completely new to PBP as far as his profile suggest. I would love to give him to option join us, and nurture new PBP'ers. :)

I'd like to see a cleric of another religion (Desna, Sarenae, Iomedae, Cayden, even Nethys). Don't care much about the race. We could do with anyone, as far as the DM has no problem with the race.

Hrmm...
I suspected something like that. I have yet to pick up a copy of Ultimate Campaign however. While it is not particularly unbalancing, I will likely request that he remove the drawback & the extra trait if we should choose him.That said, We have at least three strong contenders. Do you guys think I should close recruitment or give it another day or so?

Guys, I have to apologize. I got myself involved in a conversation in Off-Topic Discussions which has gotten itself fairly heated & it is going to take me a while to wind down.

Alright, we have three applicants.
Bloody Blind Pete amuses me & I've spoken with him about the drawback & extra trait, so mechanically & otherwise I have no problems with him.
Cedrick Lionheart seems...
Well, mechanically I found no issues with his build, but his choices & background don't fill me with excitement.
Zander Scott has the advantage & disadvantage of being a solid, effective cleric. Nothing jumps out like BBP's, but that doesn't mean he won't be fun to play with & effective.
Those are my thoughts, if each of you could look them over & give your preferences and reasons today, that would be great.
Cedric: don't like his build. I'm sorry if that was not the intent, but several "combo" things scream optimization to me :-(
Have i mentioned i have a great dislike of aasimar and tiefing? :-p

Pete seems like the most interesting character, by far. I don't like the aasimar idea, and cleric doesn't excite me all that much.
I kinda like Zander, with Bloody Blind Pete a close second.

Tamarie, are you genuinely disconcerted by Pete's avatar? I do not ask to belittle your feelings, I have no interest in replacing one lost player only to lose another due to discomfort with the new player.

My girlfriend booked a last-minute to Spain, so I will be out of the country from sunday to thursday. I will ofc attempt to check in regularly, but should the need arise you may DM PC me.
