I made a slight adjustment to the Watchtower map to better illustrate the flood and its depth. The darker the blue, the deeper it is.

"To the west!" Cleo urges, casting water walk on everyone she can, just in case. Then she and Aggah climb up on her pony and starts leaving quickly.

I think if Cleo and Aggah jump on her pony, everyone can get a walkwalk.

The group quickly pack up and walk/wade to the new shore as the river keeps expanding. They see a sudden rush of water batter against the watchtower, making it sway on its foundation. The hut in the middle island is completely swallowed up. Among the rocks, boulders, and tree trunks brought down the river is a boulder that comes to a halt against the watchtower. The boulder is partially carved with lines and holes, and those perceptive enough realize that it's one eye, part of a nose, and the upper teeth of a massive stone carving of a skull.

Though the initial impact of the flood has finished hitting this region, the water continues to build.

Though weak and weary, the three arrows are ready to follow their saviours. Knowing the group collected their weapons and armour, One-Shot asks if he could get a weapon. He says any weapon will do. He also says that Jakardros could use a two-handed weapon, and Kaven was a two-weapon fencer.
It's up to you how you want to equip them, if at all. Their stats are very low due to starvation and disease. I'll put all the equipment on the loot list in just a moment.

"Agreed. I would rather not work with any equipment but my own." Kemras nods swiftly, handing Kaven his equipment back. As he does so, he lowers his voice to whisper into his old friend's ear.

Whisper:
"Kaven, why are you feeling guilty about the fall of the fort?"

The Black Arrows take their gear back, though there's still some left over from their fallen comrades. Jakardros is using the billhook, One-Shot with a composite bow, and Kaven with a rapier and parrying dagger.

Kaven whispers back:

"I just... felt like I should've been more useful during the fight. I ran a lot." He gives a bit of a sad smile. "You're perceptive as ever, buddy."

Furnok's delay disease spell won't help in the immediate, but it might save someone from getting worse later on. All of them are suffering pretty badly from the sickness.

Once the three are fully equipped, the group notices that it's stopped raining. The moon is out, close to full but not quite, making things quite easy for those with low-light vision, such as Kemras. Near the moon is a slow-moving object, like a dark log floating in the sky. While a full night's rest hasn't been completed, the group could trudge on to the Fort.

Perception DC25, low-light required:

The object in the sky is a floating barge. There's a long pole that's being used to push the barge through the sky at a slow pace. It's heading in the direction of the Fort.

"Tomorrow, I will do so. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do today." she does agree with the notion of camping.

The group set up camp, which proves more comfortable now that the rain has subsided. However, it isn't long since they get the fire going that they start hearing howls in the distance. As the group perk up their ears, they see lights coming towards them. Roughly a dozen flames, followed by cheers and growls. The group gather their weapons, and a collection of goblins riding wolves spring into the clearing. Some wolves carry two goblins, and some only carry one. Each goblin wields a blazing torch. The goblins don't look quite like Aggah. They have blueish complexion, and have blue-white fur.

Everyone's turn. The enemy spent their's running. Pay close attention to the trees to determine cover. We're in regular light, since the enemies have torches.

Those who want to identify their enemies better may want a Local/Nature check

"Someone's using a magical... barge, by the looks of it." Kemras points at the shadowy object near the moon. "Headed towards the Fort. We should be wary of mages among our enemies."

Combat

"Kaven, don't take any great risks." Kemras says, drawing his enchanted rapier as he darts through the shadowy boughs of the trees. Taking a quick glance at the newly arrived foes, he tries to determine what exactly they are - they don't look too much like the goblins he knows.

Knowledge (local) - Goblins: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 31
Knowledge (nature) - Wolves: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22

With that done, he summons the magic that flows from his talismans into his body, his face flushing with heat as he prepares to unleash blasts of fire at his foes.

Move action to move and draw his weapon, standard to cast fire breath.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Kaven retorts before coughing out a lung.

Kemras knows the Goblins are often called Northland Goblins. They dwell around mountains and tundra such as Irresen. Excellent climbers and trackers, Northland Goblins are semi-nomadic and hunt rather than raid. They have their own fur coat, but still use armour and furs for protection and additional warmth.

Northland Goblin stats:

Changes from regular goblin:
Ability Score Modifiers (-2Str, +4Dex, -2Int)
Base Speed 20 feet
Feat/Skill +4climb and survival
Movement +4 on saves vs altitude sickness, do not lose Dex bonus when making climb checks or acrobatics checks to cross narrow or slippery surfaces
Senses Low-Light vision
Defense +4 bonus on constitution checks and fortitude saves to avoid nonlethal damage from cold environments

They no longer have:
The -2 penalty to Charisma
30 feet of movement (down to 20)
The racial bonus to ride or stealth
Darkvision (now low-light)

Kemras also identifies that not all the wolves are actual wolves. The ones that are carrying two goblins are actually wargs. Wargs are semi-intelligent magical beasts who're slightly larger, and often much stronger, than wolves. They often travel with goblins, but this should not be equated to a human riding a horse. The warg is the one in control, and the goblin is considered no more than a weapon or a food source. Wargs are sometimes called Worgs.

"Careful! The wolves are Wargs - intelligent and strong. The goblins come from Irrisen or somewhere else cold!" Kemras shouts a warning to the others. I would be willing to bet that that means that one of the hags in this coven is an ice or frost-related one.

Debated using the swift action and inspiration to give the party members within 30 ft. +4 insight on attack rolls vs. one of the two groups, but I don't think it's worth it at the moment - only for 1 round, after all.

One of the larger wolves, or wargs as Kemras identified, grows out "Rrun while you can, Rrhumans! It makes me feel so alive to chase you!" The goblins cheer, and laugh, and jeer at the party. They make rude remarks about the weight of the party's mothers, and rile each other up to make the best insults.

Multiple goblins immediate die when Cleo unleashes her holy smite. Only two goblins in the blast radius survive, and Aggah clips one in the face with an arrow. The goblin shrieks and falls off the Warg, dying soon after from his wounds.

One-Shot tries to draw his bow, but his strength is lacking. The arrow barely makes it over the campsite. Jakardros holds his billhook out incase someone comes in for a charge, and Kaven stays in the back.

One of the goblins begins smacking its shield with its torch, making a beat that it sings to. The other goblins sing along, and even the Wargs howl at the end.

Goblin:

"Goblins chew and Goblins bite,
Goblins cut and Goblins fight,
Stab the boar and cut the horse,
Goblins eat and take by force!"

A Warg travels all the way around the back, letting a goblin make an attack against Kaven. It's a surprisingly powerful attack, which Kaven fails to parry.
A wolf approaches Wabbit with fangs bared and a goblin ready to strike.
I'll need an AoO from Wabbit, and I need Wabbit to declare who he's attacking (the wolf or the goblin).
A Warg comes in to attack Kemras, with a single goblin on its back. The warg bites into Kemras' thigh, and yanks hard to force the hapless half-elf to fall over. The goblin takes this opportunity to stab him with the torch, hitting him right in the eye.
Kemras takes a total of 33 damage and is prone.
Furnok sees a wolf coming at him with a dead goblin dangling in the saddle. Furnok easily bashes it to the side with his lucerne hammer, killing the wolf immediately. A warg comes from around the side to attack Bacon, staying away from Furnok's hammer. The warg is too busy running, but the goblin smacks Bacon with a torch, lightly burning it.
Bacon takes 12 damage

Everyone's turn. I'll need that AoO from Wabbit before I resolve attacks against him, so there might be a bit more damage coming his way.

I'm willing to make a rule allowing one to stand up from prone without an attack of opportunity. To do this, one must make an acrobatics check vs the threatening creature's cmd. This check is considered the same as making an acrobatics check to tumble through a threatened square, and the check is compared against the cmd of each threatening opponent. If the check fails, the threatening creature makes an attack of opportunity against your AC while prone, and if it hits and deals damage, you remain prone and lose your move action. Particularly honourable opponents might choose not to make the attack of opportunity. Any questions/concerns?

Both Warg and Goblin are hurt by the burst of fire from the prone Kemras, but neither succubus to their burns.
I'm going to ignore your acrobatics roll, because you made it before I created a rule, and I think you're in a rough enough spot as it is.

Aggah shoots the furry goblin twice. Once in the leg, and once in the throat. The goblin lolls in the saddle of the Warg. Cleo tries her best to zap the Warg, but it moves out of the way. Bacon smacks into the Warg face first, while Furnok attacks the goblin. The Warg remains sturdy, and the Goblin just narrowly dodges Furnok's hammer.
Jakardros hobbles over to Kemras and strikes the Warg with a fairly weak blow. One-Shot's arrow flies lifelessly over the tents and into a tree. Kaven makes a full retreat.

The only Warg with two riders still, runs right by One-Shot, allowing the two Goblins to make attacks. One-Shot takes both hits, and barely manages to remain standing. The Warg carries on, trying to finish Kaven. "Yes! Run! I chase!"
Kaven tries to parry the attack, but the Warg bites down hard on his leg, and Kaven falls unconscious from the pain.

Wabbit gracefully slides over to within poking range of the Warg attacking Kemras and proceeds to slide his blade into tender spots.

Wabbit strikes the Warg twice, inflicting serious damage to the point that the beast is slowly losing consciousness. Kemras tries to wriggle away, but can't get out of the warg's jaws. Fortunately, Jakardros, despite his illness, manages a single strike against the Warg. It's just barely enough, knocking the creature into unconsciousness.

Furnok attacks the goblin, succeeding with a single bonk on the head. Though the goblin looks a bit out of it, it's still alive and kicking. This is until Aggah shoots it in the eye, twice. Bacon thrashes against the wolf, but the beast's tough hide gives enough protection.

Cleo's lash does strike the Warg, but unfortunately the four-legged monster is too resilient against the trip. She'll need to focus on unseating a goblin, or attacking the remaining wolf.

One-Shot fails once again, and Kaven continues bleeding out.

The Warg starts moving away from Bacon, but the boar turns around suddenly and tries to gore the creature. The Warg, in turn, lowers his backside just enough to expose one of the goblins riding it, forcing the attack against it instead. It's not enough to kill the goblin, but the furry goblin curses as it bleeds. The Warg moves over to One-Shot and digs its fangs into the half-orc's leg. One of the goblins twacks him over the head, but there's a serious snapping sound while One-Shot's cloak catches fire. The half-orc falls to the ground like a ragdoll. The second goblin, the one that Bacon gored, casts a spell to heal itself.

Everyone's turn.

The Warg yelps as Wabbit stabs it in the flank with his enlarged waveblade. He's then slashed by Jakardros' billhook twice. The cynical one-eyed man says "Damn. Looks like I get to be the last arrow. Damn it all."

In his attempt to free poor Bacon, Furnok bashes the wolf into oblivion.

Aggah shoots the goblin banging on his shield. The arrow goes into its torso, and he falls off the Warg, dead or soon to be.

Cleo rushes over to Kaven, who lays on the grass. He's only an inch from death, but Cleo's healing spell brings him back to consciousness. The young man opens an eye lazily, looking up at Cleo. "You're like, an angel. A little angel with fire hair. Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" He's oblivious to the fight, perhaps even to what's happened in the last few hours.

Kemras' turn.

Freed of the wolf's jaws, Kemras rushes over to strike at the warg that has so grievously injured the half-orc. With a furious thrust, he stabs at the wolf-creature's flank, aiming for its vital innards. Hearing Kaven's words, he rolls his eyes. Can't stop yourself, can you?

A significant wound, but the Warg is still upright and mobile. The Warg manages to evade attacks just enough to get out of range, where it starts moving rapidly away from the campsite. The goblin on its back tries to twack Kemras as the wolf leaves, but the torch misses.
You can attempt to chase, but to be clear, I don't expect any of you to succeed.

Combat over

Piles of Warg, wolf, and goblin bodies litter the campsite. There were some close calls, but it was a decisive victory for the Cobbled Shield. Unfortunately, it was not a perfect victory. Try as she might, Cleo cannot get the half orc One-Shot to wake up. His eyes gaze lifelessly into the everafter, as his head bends at a disturbing angle. His soul is on its voyage to the spires of Pharasma.

Jakardros complains that One-Shot was one of the most positive of the arrows, and if anyone deserved to survive, it should have been him. Kaven stays away from the body, unwilling to really process what happened.

Cleo blushes as bright as her hair at the horrible line. She just isn't used to things like that. Her embarrassment disappears as she looks across the piles of bodies, blood everywhere, and then the death of one of their charzes. "sleep well, brave warrior, heal and say hello for us to the others we have lost."

Next to Aggah "You did very well" she tells her friend, meaning it. It would be better in life if none of them had to Kill things, but this world does not allow such peace. "We need to leave." once they are away from the enemy's bodies, she prays for healing.
