My apologies, folks. The first part of the adventure is supposed to be a "maze" through the sewers. Mostly percentile dice and random encounter zones. Things should pick up from here. Kind of a clunky start to the AP.

So far, my idea for the 10Pp(100Gp) is to get a Thunderstone to help hinder the Signifier's casting. The rest, I just had in mind for a Tanglefoot Bag or a second Stone, and maybe a Smokestick for confusion factor, and maybe chip in a bit if we needed more.
Anyone have any better ideas?

Depends on what the exact plan of action is. We should have something that will hinder them and not us. These choices are sound, but we should carefully consider their use.

Definitely time for a tactics discussion. There is also the question of "bridge or woods," although it sounds like folks are leaning towards bridge?

The bridge is much better for creating a distraction, however it does lead to earlier arrivement of backup on their part, but yes I think we are leaning towards the bridge.

They would be bunched up for a pincer attack. I can bust out a some colour sprays and depending on saves, it could be over really quick. We could also spend 50gp to buy a scroll of sleep and we could start things off with that.

80 gp for the scroll and a Thunderstone. If you guys chip in two more each and I cover the rest we can add a second stone.
We start the ambush by throwing both stones, one aimed at the signifier at least. If we go with the bridge, we could possibly get a good group of them. Then we move from there. Sleep the signifier with the scroll, color spray as many of the armigers as possible and knock out the rest the old-fashioned way.

So long as he sticks to his unarmed strikes, Lyall can already do non-lethal without any penalty.

We got the money for the scroll easily. Any money donated would go with the remaining money we were given to buy a second Thunderstone.

Well, like I said earlier, the 10 pp/100 gp is enough to get a Sleep scroll (50 gp) and a thunderstone (30)gp with 20 gp left over. An extra 10 gp would be enough to add a second thunderstone.
