The Minotaur swings at Tessai as she runs past but she avoids the blow.

Round 1 - restated
Since Raven can't get a shot in with the crowded stairs, she will instead move to melee position, skirting the combat already happening between the minotaur and the others. Once she gets in positions, the ranger swings two-handed with her enchanted morningstar.
Move to C2. Would provoke, if he has any AoO's left in Round 1. Draw Morningstar while moving to this position. Standard Action attack with morningstar.

Lifelink applied both in round 1 and in round 2. So Aeron healed 10 and Adalric took 10. Last I checked Adalric was at 29/39 and you only healed 5 so far how did you get back to 35? By my count you should be at 14.
The Minotaur staggers badly injured. He swings his axes at Aeron again barely missing him but gets him on the backswing. Seeing his primary target go down he shift his target over to Tessai.

Giving a disgusted glance at his sword, Orlando sheathes his blade. Leaving the fallen Minotaur to the others, he turns towards the only remaining door.
Cautiously he approached the door, looking it over as best he can for traps, locks or hostile magic.

As Orlando checks the door, Tessai moves to assist Aeron - "Wretched creature" - she comments towards the Minotaur - "May the Abyss swallow it" - then helps her companion up.
"May Iomedae's light tend to your wounds Aeron" - she adds, placing a hand on the man's shoulder, a glowing light enveloping him.
Cure Light Wounds on Aeron: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Next round Tessai re-casts Protection from Evil on herself, and then Lay on Hands on Aeron if needed. Since only the minotaur's second attack hit, she should be at full hp from Adalric's healing

With the first round of healing, Aeron is back to 30/49. With Adalric doing his thing, I'm pretty comfortable rushing in at that total, as time appears to be of the essence.

From the scrying pool we know there is a single enemy left and every round we wait is another round of buffing, summoning, or what have you. I would be in favour of only delaying one round and then busting in. If Tessai and Adalric want to buff on the first round that's fine. If need be, Aeron will bravely run away and I think I will avoid eating full attacks from fighters in the future.

Orlando will, after having checked the door for booby traps and hostile magic, lay his hand on the door lever and look back at the party; waiting for them to stack up ready to go through the door.
When they are ready, he will yank the door open.
