I assumed that the people round the back were all converging on the back door, which I assume exists. That is what I am doing at least.

What everyone failed to notice was the cabinet door opening next to Shiori, though she does notice 1d20 ⇒ 18 for 1d4 + 2 + 2d6 ⇒ (2) + 2 + (2, 6) = 12 when the creature smashes Shiori in the back of the head, she falls to the ground bleeding.

Hearing the violence break out inside, Darinius tears back around to the front of the house to figure out what has just happened.

It is kind of hard to see the squares on the map, but it looks like I am in spear reach of whatever just knocked out Shiori, although there are probably too many corners and doors in the way for an attack.

My standard action is yet to come.

I already moved on the map - trying to guess how far 40' is without clear squares is tough, but I think that I did it.

Also, the icon you are using on the map is the first one I used (a werewolf). I managed to find a ratfolk finally, but it took a while.

I know its not blocked, but the cabinet is blocking line of sight and just in the way. Gorou bull rushes it anyway. I started out 5' away, so didn't think I could charge. If the bull rush doesn't work then I guess he'll squeeze his fat rear past the cabinet next turn.
