Etune ducks under the skeletons blade, moving into position. Stephen harries the undead warrior to distract it from Apollyanna. Iago bleeds, but Tajan's healing prevents further damage. Barret's spiritual greatsword smashes into the skeleton, causing it to vanish from sight.

Iago's actions will resolve, then Apollyanna will be up again. Barret also needs an Acrobatics checks to not fall in the Grease. Technically Iago should be going before Barret destroys the skeleton, but I figure he will be focused on Telda anyway. I've replaced the mist squares with boxes, everything in there is 5ft visibility and 20% miss chance for adjacent squares. Welcome to the murder closet.

The healing glow transfers from him to her, slowing the bleeding of her wounds and undoing some of the damage from the damned... thing they were attempting to stop. Get the wounded out of here! he shouts to no one in particular as he resets his battle stance. He turns back for a moment to look at where he thinks Iago is and bellows, that means you too, Iago! get yourself bandaged up a bit, Tatajan, Etune, and I can hold our own!

Table Maps | Oathbreakers Die | Passing the Torch

The cult leader glares at the Gorumite, lashing out with her shield in a futile attempt to prevent his spell. Barret's armor shrugs off the blow, and Apollyanna finds herself conscious once more.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
Shield Bash AoO on Barret: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16

Iago still has a single action to take, and Apollyanna has a chance to influence fate once more.

You mean she can reach for her shield and sword? She does that.

And then? :) The shield at least should be strapped to her arm, so no need to pick that up.

Hulkress smash?

20% miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 25

mwk, cold iron longsword (prone): 1d20 + 7 - 4 ⇒ (18) + 7 - 4 = 21 damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Apollyanna brings her blade straight up from where it had fallen.

Maybe a swift action?

You mean like use the smite I don't have because we didn't rest. No, I think I'll save that for when times are tough. ;) It's still in the tag line above because it is easy to remember (read: feel bitter about). If I did have access to it I would have used it about three rounds ago.

I was thinking maybe you wanted some more HP. :P

That wouldn't be a swift action if I'm the one doing it, anyhow.

Using this ability is a standard action, unless the paladin targets herself, in which case it is a swift action.

According to the core rule book :-)

Oh, you mean 'lay on hands'. Sure. I can do that. Though smite would still be better. ;)

Table Maps | Oathbreakers Die | Passing the Torch

Apollyanna heals her wounds with divine energy, as Telda seeks an easier target. Stephen is struck by her negatively charged hand and sent reeling.

Concentration: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
Melee Touch on Stephen: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Miss Chance Over 20: 1d100 ⇒ 83
Stephen Will Save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Negative Energy Damage to Stephen: 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (4, 1) + 7 = 12

6 Barret
5 Apollyanna - (Damage: 13)

The war of attrition continues. Stephen has a single action, then the rest of the party. Iago can catch up in the meantime.
