I planned to start the game within the next few days. As soon as there are enough people to play. Let's see how many peoply apply, maybe we can have a second table starting next week.

No house rules, no restrictions on taking 10 or 20 outside of the rules and yes, please use the forum die roller.

I have to check the guide. As far as I remember there is a difference between season 0-3 and 4+ and the number of players. I will do that later when I get home.

You should always round to the nearest whole number. If you are exactly at 0.5, let the group decide which subtier they wish to play. ... For scenarios written in Seasons 0 to 3, when the APL is in between subtiers, a party of six or seven characters must play the higher subtier.

It's a bit confusing, 0.5 and between subtiers. I think it depends on if you want to round 6.5 to 6 or to 7. If you decide to round it to 6, we play tier 5-6, if you round it to 7 we play 8-9 because we are 6 players in a season 3 scenario.

Except that you can never be at .5 if you have to round first. So I think we are at lower tier since we don't make the middle tier without rounding up.

@team - We have one front-liner at the bottom of the level pool and one mid-liner also light on hit points. Barbarians aren't exactly well-armored types. If the group needs me to tank and is willing to pay for my rez and keep me healed, then I'm up for it. But I'm concerned playing up might be a big drain on resources.

On an OOC level, the 7's get the same gold regardless. If we play up the three lowbies (myself included) get out-of-tier gold. If we play down, only the lvl 9 would have his/her gold changed.

I know Season 0-3 tends to be easier than 4+, so I'm not totally opposed to playing up if that's even an option, but I just want everyone to be on the same page about healing and resources. I haven't looked at anyone's build so I don't know how well we mesh. Maybe the lvl 9 oracle makes this a cake walk? Maybe not?

So we will be playing up then. Cool. My AC is silly anyways... And we have healing.

What pregen should I be playing? I'm thinking Warpriest or something else with divine casting and martial ability.

You could be whatever you want. We have the life oracle so healing and Me and the Wizard for arcane. A barbarian and me for martial. and a bard for buffing. More divine is never a bad thing and i havent really played with many high level warpriests. It would be up to you sir.

Yeah, I think I will play a Warpriest. Considering that the Oloch level 7 pregen has saved my life 3 times now it'll be fun to finally play it.

Also GM Baerlie if we wait until after Saturday to start Yvell will be level 7. So a little better suited to help the party. If you want to get going before hat he will level after we finish. Either way is cool with me. I have no problem playing up.

I'd be interested in the second game as well. Heard good things about this scenario. I could play a 6th level wizard instead if we end up having lots of martial power.

A little about my character. Yvell if an Elf who was born and raised in Absolom high society. The second son of a dignitary. While he is good looking he expects things to go his way and often times comes off as rather stuck up. He does usually think of himself before others but will help those he can, if he sees a reason too. He married into the estimed Blakros family and his opionion of himself rose after that.

He does play like a snob but i always try to keep him as close to a team player as i can. That said if he feels like things arent happening fast enough or has a plan he will expect those with him to follow him. And has gone off ahead of the party in the past.

I've got a level 5 Cleric/Sorcerer/Mystic Theurge I haven't played for a while. If you still need someone I'd be glad to join in, though I'd have to update the characters alias as I created it back when he was a level 1 Warpriest
