Why of course, while looking through books to find a feat to take at 3, I'd find the one I was going to ask you about for character creation. Granted, it'd have to have been houseruled, but fit the flavor of Archivist pretty well. In any case, it's unfortunately got a limitation of only being available at level 1, so unless you were to let me swap a feat I hadn't used, like Extend Spell, for it at level one, it's too late. :(

In order to take that feat, I do indeed need to to swap that feat, yeah. I figure it isnt too terribly big a deal, as Extend spell hasn't come up at all in-game yet. Since this seems to be allowed, I'll be taking Extend Spell in my 3rd level feat slot. Can't post much atm, though, as I've got stuff I need to do today.

Alright, I've completed my level-up.

One thing I'd like to ask about are XP costs for Magic Item creation. DM Darkwalker, do you use them? I've had some DMs who hate them, and don't use XP costs for anything, I've had DMs who do it by the book, and a few things in-between, so I figured I'd ask.

I just realized, Collegiate Wizard adds a +2 bonus to knowledge: arcana checks. With the Collegiate Archivist houserules version, would you like to keep it to Arcana, or switch It to one of the other Archvist knowledges, either by player choice or DM choice?

If you're talking about Collegiate Wizard, it's the feat I asked if I could exchange for a feat at 1st, as it's first-level only, and homebrewed, at that. It's found on page 181 of Complete Arcane.

Also, how are we doing Hit Points? Would you like us to roll, take average, take maximum, average+1, or something entirely different?

I sent PM to Erdath and Thar to see if they are still in the game. So when we last last left I had everyone gain a level. HP will always be the max HD so if it is 2d6 then your 12 plus whatever bonus you have. So when we have the band together hopefully we will move on. By the way how is everyone been?

That is a good point Tharivello, DM it seems we might be selling half the loot, sell the unwanted items at 1/2 price and then ask what magical items we will want in their place?

Personally, I wouldn't mind a Headband of +2 Int, but other than that, I should be generally okay. Other than scrolls and Intelligence Boosters, I'm not terribly gear-dependent, at least, not at this level. As we get higher in level, I'll just be wanting general caster gear, for the most part.
