I am sorry I have not finished selling the loot and such. I see the logic of my other players and it would be better to outfit us with better equipment, rather than the simple bonuses to our dragonmarks.
Also I did want to keep some of the things to not over power us for this level. So many conflicting thoughts.

Saronis, I recommend, instead of one of those wands of Cure Light Wounds, a wand of Lesser Vigor. The CLW wand is slightly better for in-combat healing, though that should be kept to a minimum. The Wand of Lesser Vigor, on the other hand, will be an ensured maximum of 550 points of healing as compared to the CLW wand average of 275 per wand.
The healing belts I am a fan of as a purchase.
Now then, onto the rest. By the way things look on your list, a huge portion of the loot acquired is going towards Saronis. Now, I'm not saying Tharivello should get a sizeable portion, as Tharivello has only just joined, even if I've been in the campaign for a while. I do, however, request that the others be given a more sizeable chunk. While it's all nice and fun to supe up your own character, in general, the abilities of PCs derived from items should stay approximately equal, at least in my opinion. I'm not as worried about gear for Tharivello, as he's not terribly gear dependent, though I certainly wouldn't be opposed to it.
If we are free to spend the money garnered from this, the 4k that has currently been allotted to Tharivello will be spent on a +2 Headband of Intelligence, assuming that Erdath is busy working on other items, be it for himself or others.

Yes I would agree with you Thar, though my character was the one to collect the loot and no one has voiced their opinions to what they wanted.
It would be great if Erdath could create our items, but he is not high enough for wondrous items yet, and his own CL is low for most craftings.
I was hoping that I would get a ruling from the DM, if we can shop for precisely what we want, or if he is going to veto a few of the items.
Yes I would be willing to share some more loot or see what others though about the use of all the gold.

Okay so I went back and looked at our actions, both Erdath and I raided the room for all it was worth. Cil never made mention of collecting anything but the dagger.
Considering our loot haul already, I am guessing it covers both all the Erdath and I could carry. So Erdath you should get an even split with Saronis, Cil never spoke up, but we will likely equip you a bit more too.

Like I said, I'm a fan of the healing belts as well as the wands, and I doubt that my +2 Int Headband will be "vetoed," simple as it is.
Erdath does actually have Craft Wondrous Items, since we're level 3, and not level 2.
As for loot, I'll have to remember that I have to loot in order to get a reasonable share, and then I'll pass it off to someone else, as I have a fairly negligible carrying capacity.
Erdath, for what it's worth, I don't suggest you make any more scrolls of spells such as Color Spray or Burning hands, like you've got. They have such low Save DCs that it's not worth using them. The maximum damage on the scrolls of Burning Hands that you have is 4, 2 on a made save, which is, at this point, mostly a waste of an action. With Color Spray, it's the same thing. Spells that are good for scrolls would be utility spells, perhaps like Force Ladder (Spell Compendium), or buffs. Alter self comes to mind as a good one to scribe, but you get the idea.

Very well. However, as we progress in levels, what's going to happen is that, if we keep to this, we'll rather quickly begin overspending on items for healing, but that's rather easy to solve.

I forgot the spellcraft checks for adding spells to the spellbook, (or spellshard, in this case) so I'll just put them here.
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13
The highest DC I have is 17, so the only one that fails is the last one, and my spellshard is now accurate.

Do be aware that even with the Animated property, you'll be taking the -2 Penalty for attacking with a Tower Shield, as well as capping your Dexterity bonus to AC, as you still take any penalties associated with wielding a shield, you just have your hands free.

I will trade the -2 for attacks, when I get a boost of +4 or more to AC, I can't cast a shield spell like other people. :)

That'll be better. You'll still be walking around with a -7 Armor Check Penalty from it, but your Dex will have some room to breathe. And, barring Erdath through Spell-Storing Item, none of the rest of us can cast Shield, either. :P
