Ability / Immortality:
He can snap his finger to produce a flame about the size of a candle. **Using his own fire He snaps his finger to produce a flame and using his own fire, the flame turns red to white. The flow of the energy grows and light can be seen emitting from his chest, arm, and fingers. ** Once a day he can use his harnessed power of the phoenix to make his flame into a blow torch. It is helpful when he is crafting in the forge. He has the power of a phoenix within him. Once a month he can be resurrected using the spirit of the phoenix within. Physical description:
Saronis is an imposing figure with a 6 foot tall body, lithe and strong, but a bit bulkier than that of his kin, of 160 pounds. He has a proud air about him whenever he talks about his craft, but deems most races of equal stature, assuming they act mature. To the mortals he would appear to be in his prime, but in actuality he is about 700 years old. He has seen his share of battles and many fires of different forges, leaving his body charred and scarred, perhaps another reason see him as imposing. His coppery red hair is kept short for practical matters and his hazel eyes seem to glow at times. He wears what colors would be practical for where he is, green and browns for the forest, grey for the cities; though underneath he has his passionate blood red scarlet tunic and breeches. A simple silver band (15 gp) around his neck is his only adornment, kept out of sight with his cloak. When adventuring he wears his bandedmail armor which covers most of his clothing. It has a crest of a bird upon the chest and the edges have small sparks that flame out infrequently. On his right shoulder is a glamored dragon skull with flowing red flames highlighting it.

Saronis works hard to collect what he can from the Mimic. Collecting 3 jars of strong adhesive. Then 5 jars of mild adhesive. Once done with the Mimic several jars (5) of the sticky mud can be collected off of the strands of the cave fisher. The two strands act as silk rope, each 50 feet in length. Cover Background:
“Greetings, I am a master crafter of Elven blades. Though, my pride has gotten me into quite a few predicaments. I have learned from them, but I am an elf.” My father was a great craftsman and more expert levels than fighter. Many would argue that he was a bard with that musical voice and great story telling. Those stories caught up to him one day. I was away at holiday, for my father had very little work at the time. When I came back the house and forge were burned to the ground, many of the townsfolk hidden in their houses. I went to speak with the hierarch hoping to find answers to where my father was and what had happened. Another dead end for that is what the hierarch was also, dead. No one was willing to give me information except for that a stranger attacked my father in the tavern over the accuracy of the stories. I cannot blame them for we were not in our elven home town, but for reasons my father would not say we were among the outsiders.
Now I search to grow my knowledge of the blade, to find my father’s killer, and to set what I can right. I believe in the gods, I worship Corethain Larithan, but I follow what visions they send me to the best of my ability, may my hand and feet be always guided by them. Saronis is Neutral Good and charges into battle without abandon with true friends at his back. On his own, he knows to take it slowly and see all he can before exposing himself. He loves the company of others and would prefer to spend a night laughing, telling stories, or in bed with one of his few loves. He enjoys learning about magic, and sees the benefit of the wondrous world has to offer, but it is not his talent. Saronis is a Fighter, hoping to become a Grandmaster with the Elven Courtblade, with some exotic weapon master levels if possible. Well the truth is Ilnarrisa is Saronis's daughter. He doesn't like how she turned out and even more now. He lets her get into trouble and bails her out. She had guided him to this little village after the goblin massacre, little did he know she had alternative plans. The map had come from a trader who was paid by Ilnarrisa to continue to hook him. You see Saronis tries to see the best in people and has an open mind when it comes to the other races because he has good interactions with some and he knows evil dwells everywhere. Still he gives them the benefit of the doubt until they try stabbing him in the back. Anyways getting back to give you more information. I love that story, copying and pasting. He was born, under the sign of the maker, with a strange tattoo pattern over his entire body. It had space for each dragonmark house symbol. As a prince of Areneal he was a perfect emissary to the Twelve. Otherwise his discovery could be worse for their relations. After coming to adulthood he learned of his responsibilities to his family and country. Over the past 300 years he has served the Tweleve and each house individually for 25 years. At the beginning of each service he had the tattoo of the house printed on the appropriate spot on his body. He was to learn as much as he could about each House and report his findings by sending journals back to Areneal every month. He always did his best but it still felt that this was not his real calling. Most recently he was a mercenary captain for the House of Cannith. During these years he came to know Rhobannon for the was the platoon leader as Rhobannon was one of the field captains. He feels guilty about the loss of Rhobannon's arm, he feels it is his fault since he was in charge of the regiment that Rhobannon was apart of in the war fighting for Cyre and house of Cannith. He believes that if he was more aware he could have protected Rhobannon but it was not to be. During his stent still watching over Cyre for Cannith he came to know Cil. She had run afoul with a creature in the Mournland. With his elite squad peppering it with arrows he dropped a rope, pulling her to safety soon after. Knowing the Mournland for that was his stomping grounds the last few years, he aided Cil on her mission to gather information. They struck it quick and knew that they could always call one another ally. He never stopped wanting to craft. He learned how to craft all sorts of things when he was young and did not have the responsibilities he had now. Though those responsibilities has not stopped his love for crafting new items. During his time at Cannith a master swordsmith was sent from his country to impart the secrets of Elvencraft. She was actually one of his aunts and he spent as much time with her to learn what had been going on at home as learning the craft.
