"Luurg LUBS fruit! Lub fruit maybe even more den mud and rain. Maybe..." Says a large and portly half.. mostly... orc? His mighty girth fighting against his chain shirt as he sits at the bar in the mostly empty Lodge.
"Dems Bossmen asked Luurg 'You wanna go 'splore dat comit dare?' 'N Luurg said.. 'Way up dare? No tanks, Luurg swims in water, not in air. I just hang out n wait down here just cuz someone may needs me case sometin' happens down here ok?" He smiles, showing his perfect teeth and takes another drink of his tall fruity drink, complete with little umbrella.
He squints his beady eyes towards the announcement boards to see if anything peaks his interest.

"Oh Luuurrggg! Luuurrrrgggy-pooo!!!" A shrill voice streams in through the windows of the lodge along with the warm summer air, and the top of a head with frizzy blond hair bobs along past the sill. A moment later, the door opens, and a young dwarf maiden in a pretty pink dress appears in the doorway. Her clothes, armor, jewelry - everything - are very well kept and belong to some of the latest fashions. The face, however, is not quite as appealing.
"There you are, Luurg! I've been looking all over for you," Begrilda says as she walks toward the bar to join the orc for a nice refreshing fruity drink. "Well, for anyone really, but I thought I might find you here for sure."
She orders her drink and takes a seat next to Luurg. "So, anything exciting happening today?"

He proceeds to peel and mash the 'naner in a half a coconut shell that he pulls outta his belt pouch, dumping something odd out before he chops it in half with his shiny knife. "Whatcha want in it 'sides 'naner and boom boom nuts? Sum rum be nice, and maybe some chopped up ice stuff?"
He turns to the bartender "We needs moar rum! and dat chopped up ice stuff! If nothin' to do we may 'swell get smashed right?"

Hi John, if you intend to keep him as a CORE character, you may want to put him in a CORE account, only core characters can play in core games. If he's not created in a core account he can't be reported for core games, and once he plays in a non-core game he cant go back to core!
Luurg

Luurg looks over 'Grilda's shoulder with his coconut in hand, eyes squinting a bit to bring things into focus as the fella walks in looking for work. "Hey dare 'umie guy! Not much goin on right now, most dem dare bossmen and dare fa-vor-ite under-guys pretty busy. Dare way up in the sky, flyin on some big 'ole space rock thing I hear."
He pauses for a moment for a long pull on the whirly straw in his coconut, which by the sounds of things has gone empty. He looks down inside it and sighs. "Nudder one 'Grilda? Grilda?" He pokes the face down stocky woman next to him and shrugs his shoulders.
"Two moar dez rums in coconuts. I got the coconuts! And some ice..." He takes the drinks and grabs a couple bananas from his belt, smashing them on the bar a bit and squeezing the pulp into the drinks before stirring with the straws.
He looks back at Johnn "Oh hay there, I'm Luurg! And this here is 'Grilda! She'd like you, she likes 'umies!" He gestures a seat at the bar if he wants to sit and chat.
Begrilda Hammerhild

Begrilda suddenly comes to as Luurg prods her with one of his thick green fingers. "Whassat? I'm up! *Hic!*" With her head swimming from Luurg's potent coconut drinks, the dwarf maiden turns her head to regard the 'umie that had entered the lodge. "Uh...hiya! Yep, Luurg's right. They're allllll up there." She points vaguely upward, her arm flopping back down to the counter immediately after she's communicated where she was talking about. "All on some...rock! What're they doin' up there? Bolka bless me if I know."
She regards Johnn for a moment, then leans over toward Luurg and "whispers" in a voice loud enough for half the lodge to hear. "Y'know what, Luurg? This one's cute! Seems real STRONG, but QUICK too. Kinna like Eallix...no it was Gadric...no Eadric! That's the one!" She leans back to her seat and takes her second coconut from Luurg.

A fox slips into the tavern discreetly and with a quick flick of his tail, he morphs into the form of a Tian man, dressed in reddish-orange robes. He bows to all present and intones, "Venture Captain wishes for the assistance of five Society members to assist in delving into a recently uncovered dungeon near the settlement of Thornkeep. Please report to the Grand Lodge briefing room shortly after sundown."
His task complete, he morphs back into the form of a fox and slinks out the door, disappearing into the crowd.
I'm recruiting 5 players for Thornkeep - The Forgotten Laboratory (2-4) on standard. This would be my first time running a module for PFS. (Why this particular one? It's one of the few that I've played.) As a module, you would get 3xp and 4pp upon successful completion. It is a largely a dungeon crawl, and can be deadly, so choose your character accordingly. Also, although this is not a particularly long module, it might not complete in time for GD6. That said, I request posting rate of at least once a day, and at least once of the weekend. You can go here for my other ground rules before applying.
If you're interested, please apply here. I would likely not go on first-come-first-serve basis, but rather on party balance, posting rate, returning GM favors, etc. That said, I do intend to start as soon as possible, maybe Mon or Tue.

The doors to the lounge swings open as a young halfling bard rushes forward with parchment in his hand. He smiles sheepishly at the collected group of pathfinders before focusing on paper in front of him as he reads.

Any and all able bodied Pathifnders wanting to prove their mettle to the society may sign their names at the bottom of this document! A cold breeze picks up some stray snowflakes as it blows through the door of the Twinned Picks, a favorite adventurer's watering hole located in the Fire Quarter of Kalsgard. The doors bang open and in strides a goblin! Upon seeing no one to fight, however, his form twists and he becomes a tall and thin human with the beginnings of a new beard on his scruffy face. An empty scabbard hangs at his belt, and what appears to be a cloud of gas with various lights and gems orbiting around it, recognizable as a paracletus aeon, hovers shortly behind. "Pathfinders needed!" he booms in a commanding voice. "Five, precisely. You are to take the soonest ship to Bloodcove with the sixth member of your team to infiltrate an Aspis stronghold city. You'll be briefed further upon arrival. I swear, give me three hours out from behind the desk and my...shadow and I would've already finished the mission. But apparently, my time as a VC is now too important for fieldwork and I need to slowly suffocate under a mountain of paperwork." For 6-18: From Under Ice
The Half-Orc surveys the room and the adventurer's that have crowded around him. He takes a deep breath, looking like he's ready to say something, but instead he surveys the crowd once more.
With a grunt he begins to point. "Can handle the cold you say? I'll let Bennaray decide what you can and cannot do."
You, you, you, you, um...you, you, and you..." He announces with each point of his grubby stunted digit.
You quickly realize he's pointed at Bambang (or his replacement), Skodir, Essa, Lenora, Amhranai and Rose. "Come on, to the Grinning Pixie then." He quickly dons his cloak again and reopens the door into the harsh northern winds.

He had looked at the crowd for a long time, but then decided to turn back to his drink as not to appear too interested. Long way from home, he thought.
When he arrived here it was for study purposes, but somehow he kept hanging around long after the work had already been done.
Now with less and less coins in his pocket, it finally was time to go and look for work. He took a last sip from his drink, then turned and looked at the crowd again.
Opportunities, opportunities, here I come.
