There are a number of ways for a human to have darkvision. At most it means you're not entirely human, which is nothing for most of the party to complain about!

Nice Traskdar, your are a ninja with that +2 to stealth.. :) Edit just noticed Ausk with his +2, what kind of scout team were you guyst trying to form? If its the ones that say hey bad guys come over here and shoot us we did it. Bring on the drow :) This is all in fun, I'm not mad or anything, quite the oposite very amused :)

Marcus comes up to the edge of the forest with the rest. He holds up a fist to signal the group to stop as he looks around cautiously.


The forest is eerie quiet. More so to our deaf friend. Usually things move when people walk through. Nothing moved. Even the now and then crunching noises as truskdar steps on twigs. After about 50 feet from the cave, you feel the usual calm energies begin to falter. Soon there was magical turmoil. You know instantly that if you cast magic now, and you failed to maintain your hold, bad things could happen. At the same time, very far in the distance, you see a faint light. It could be a fire of some kind.

Without any attempt at forced authority over the men with him, still Hegron provides clear instructions to the others - "Ok boys and girls, setup perimeter, eyes open, dig in, watch and wait!"

Chara watches from the corner as the group gathers to go scouting. As they leave the cave she goes to the Commander “may I have permission to join the scouting group, Sir” she asks quietly.
He barely acknowledges her with a nod, busy doing other things.
Quietly she slips out of the cave and follows the group close enough to hear what's being said but just far enough to be barely noticeable.

When the group returns and reports Drow, Suny quickly scampers off towards the front/mouth of the cave and begins looking for the best place to wait.

Um...every one is knowing about what Drow can do and get up to, yes? If I were to say Suny does her very best to get a handle on the roof of the mouth of the cave, you'd both understand why and it would be okay for Suny to know about the levitating and stuff?
