By "haven't move" you mean they are in exactly the same position as when you scout them before? Oh, oh - this is either lucky break for us or more likely a trap. In any event this is mighty strange.
I propose a small team of two to three volunteers should scout ahead while someone informs the rest of the troops. No sense in risking more people.

It's for those close enough to see better. But the light is causing issues. Fire at the back is making the darker than usual so detail is limited

Nyroba gestures for those not scouting ahead to fall back to the tree line, and backs away herself, drawing her bow and nocking an arrow just in case.

Unless I misread something, that should be Nyroba, Suny and Hegron.

Chara slowly makes her way to the camp then finally reaching the edge of the light pauses to see if anything happens. Seeing no movement steps into the light. The flickering of the flames makes the light dance and cast faint shadows that dance across her body while she looks around the camp.

So who is really going in. It looks like Ausk, Chara, Hitoru, Suny and Arim are going. If that is true, why is Traskdar rolling Perception? I am a bit confused here.

As you realize what has happened, several things all happen at once:

1. Those of you on the out reaches, make spellcraft checks
All around you, about 15 places, darkness spreads, surrounding you. If you have dark vision, you see, in each bubble of darkness, atleast 10 Drow, led by a very well dressed, Raven bannered Drow Female. Rest are Gem Banner Drow. Only the Lead Drow are Raven.

2. One of the people left at the cave comes running Drow! Ambu... he drops face first, about 10 arrows sticking out of he's back

One of the lead female Drow speaks to you as a group.

Well well well, what do we have here? Trespassers? No, not that, Invaders by the looks of things. You know what we do with people trying to invade our Lady's Land? We kill them, or enslave them, or both... Unless they are pretty, then we do much more to them

She looks around the group, then her eyes settle on one of you
