I wasn't thinking or perhaps I was thinking to much. I think I am rambling now." He smiled to her hoping to lighten the mood. That he had darkened with his original comment.

"Mmm. You get once. Just don't ever accuse me of being a prostitute again," she said with a smirk.

She finished pulling on her clothes, which was rather difficult considering how tightly they fit her. "I really need to go shopping," she muttered.

"I'm glad," she added in a more serious tone. "That this was special for you, that I didn't actually mess things up...I may have confidence issues when it comes to relationships," she added with a small smile to show that she was being a bit sarcastic and was well aware of her issues. A large smile formed across his face as he saw Tami blow him a kiss. Once the door cut off sight from each other his heart sank from knowing he wouldn't see her for a few hours. It was a new feeling to him one he didn't quite like but didn't matter to the whole. As the feelings he had while with her made up for that.

He made his way outside after parting from the room. Finding himself beside the lake. It had been a while since he last tried to blend his bending and music. Something about it scared him. He didn't know why or how it could in his youth he had tried it so many times. He could even remember a time when he felt he mastered the art. ::No matter.:: Was the thought that ran through his head. He had been banned from bending during the time after so perhaps it was more about not getting caught.

Dom would gather his band mates for an impromptu practice but all of them seemed to be off campus. Calmly Dom stepped on the water and and walked out to the center. For some reason the center of the lake always felt like the greatest place to him. He could see all around him and everyone could see him. Not there was anyone out here currently but that was a mote point.

He gathered his thoughts of they day. The demon attack, the dumb rumor going around, the dancing from earlier, Ace transforming and keeping his own voice. That thought sent shivers down his spine. At least he didn't have to worry about the perverse intent of guys toward his sister currently.

"No. You need to not be teaching her at all. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, but if she needs to learn conjuration, she needs to find another teacher or tutor or something. You need to avoid any appearance of authority over her. You need to avoid being in a position of authority over her. The injured were already taken care of during the early phase of the cleanup and there were only two buildings actually destroyed, though some others were damaged during the demon fight. It's pretty much just cleaning up rubble that's left.

Ahem... just so girl's night isn't held up waiting for me... handwavehandwavehandwave.

As quicky as may be, Vai meets with Professor Razule to let him know that her Mom needs some of the anti-nausea medication, and then she teleports directly to her bathroom and has a shower, cleaning herself of any remaining sewage gunk from her little afternoon adventure. She puts on a casual sundress - a nice light blue dress dotted with bows and ribbons - fixes her hair and writes a quick note to Fei, which she slips under his door before putting her hand on the wall to be guided to Raelle.

Alright, that should catch Vai up so that we can have girl's night. If any guys heading out of the SIM room want to catch her quick, let me know. :)

More walking and then he asks, "Well, what do you want to do?"

"I will do just that then." Rena says smilingly to the comment about doing friend things without needing to be asked, her back arches slightly his hand goes on it, again similar to a cat affectionately reacting to a back scratch... or something.

"Exploring can be wonderful too - there are some very beautiful sights out in the wilderness." she adds after the fact, perhaps even a bit wistfully. "Though the other planes offer just as much beauty as well, as long as you can adequately protect yourself."

As they walk along, Rena looks back up the hill towards the school, which is barely visible just above some trees and buildings in the way. "Changing my form is fairly simple, it's making it so I can switch around at will that's the hard part - but I don't really feel the need to hide or disguise myself. If people don't like the way I look then that's their loss right?" she almost sounds like she doesn't quite believe that last part. Maybe a bit of a touchy subject - the way she's perceived by others. "I think it's a good idea to try and get me some what of holding things more precisely than in my tail or mouth. I've also heard that the library here is magical and has every book ever made... so that could be fun, but honestly I don't know much history. It never seemed that important really."

She pauses a minute and they go along in silence unless broken by Tryko'Sam, before saying. "Let's go to the school and see if there's a way I can make it so I can switch my form back and forth at will."

We've already got more than a few student teachers taking over classes already because we're that desperate for staff. And being your assistant is the sort of thing that can be assigned to a student teacher if need be, so I'm sure we'll be able to come up with something. She's a friend and it makes me happy when my friends and my boyfriend are on good terms. Now get out of here....go do guy things or whatever...it's time for girls' night."

Zren and Rikken packed up their instruments and said goodnight, slipping out of the SIM room while Ginni was talking to Ace.

::Okay, I'll make one for you strictly for off-campus use. I can actually add that to its programming if you want to just be able to wear it and not worry about forgetting it. Aananda sat back and sighed. One more thing then and then she could take a nap...or actually looked like naptime was not as likely. It was more like dinnertime now.

Ace smiles brightly "You're quite welcome love. Mel seems like a really cool girl. Glad you two are friends. I need to go do some research into a possible demonic murderer/seductress who targeted Ehos. Anyways, would you like to meet up later tonight? Late night dinner or something?"

After her response, he'll give her one last goodbye kiss, then says goodbye to the other girls.

"Hey Melody, we gotta totally have an official band practice tomorrow. Maybe a band lunch first so we can all hang out and maybe get to know each a bit better, then head for a full on jam session?"

Once done sayin bye to everyone, he exits the sim room, and runs into Vai. "Hey Vai, how ya doin? You seem a little um, out of sorts." High Sense Motive, want me to make an official roll?

"Late night dinner sounds good...I'll see you later tonight then," she said giving him another quick kiss before he said the rest of his goodbyes and headed out.

Tryko'Sam grinned and asked, "Definately their loss. Is there a store or designated person that can help with your changing shape? I'm assuming you are okay with changing your appearance? He'll, maybe I can get a spell to help change my looks too? Otherwise, I wouldn't mind a different, tougher material that regrows for myself. I've been nude more times than I can recall."

If they return to town, he'll help with the trip, putting them back at the front entrance shortly.

"This is your show, lead on. I'm gonna try figure out my next plan, if any. I figure, I could just read up on stuff, might help, though, probably easier with a guide talking. Who are the local police? Wouldn't mind learning these things unless they had it written."

After returning, he'll follow Rena's lead.

T-Sam, I am confused. You and Rena were already in town...why are you returning to where you are? Weren't you guys headed back to Avalon? I was holding off on Aananda's post to update you cause I thought you were headed right back?

And I can't be entirely sure, but I think the school is putting up its own advertisements for teaching positions. Hopefully we get some new applicants showing up soon. And being your assistant is the sort of thing that can be assigned to a student teacher if need be, so I'm sure we'll be able to come up with something. If nothing else there's a group of young idiots who need to serve out detention."

"It's a school. Full of young people. They can be carelessly cruel at times. But overall, it's a very accepting place."

"I would not like to think that I am being a burden." Vare says simply as Ephebe is pulling into the speeder hangar. "To whom should I speak about this? Or are you going to handle it?"

Well.... she /did/ have a shower and change and get ready, that calmed her down quite a bit.

::That would be great, thanks Mom:: is her final response to her mother.

Vai waves cheerfully at Zren and Rikken who are already down the hall from her.

"Oh... is it that obvious?" to Ace she asks worriedly as she smooths her dress and feels her hair, checking to make sure everything was properly set. "I did have... a little incident where I lost my temper again..." she says demurely, blushing slightly and obviously a little embarrassed about that fact. "Not to mention I think I'm a little late for girls' night. Though if you're just being kicked out now then I guess not."

"I pretty much haven't gotten back to the school at all today, and I'm starving!" she adds a little anxiously, looking at the the SIM room Ace had just left.

"Hey, don't beat yourself up. I've lost my temper plenty, made a lot of bad mistakes when I did. It happens. Probably will happen to me again, eventually. It sucks, and I've hurt people I care about, but its important to learn what you can from each such incident, and strive to not let it happen again. And when it does, not get too upset about it."

He smiles a bit playfully then "Tell ya what. How about next time ya get angry, come find me and you can beat me up if ya think it'll help."

"Oh, and you aren't late at all, a bunch of us were hanging out, and we boys just left. Also, there's a fair amount of food"

Carl looks at the three unconscious forms next to him, a perplexed look on his face, he should be flat on his back just like them, He drank half a barrel of the stuff an hes was still as sober as when he had come in.
He would have asked the barman what was going on, but he was slumped out cold under the table.

"Magic?" Carl said to himself.

"Well done you worked it out"
Said a female voice coming from his left arm.

"And you said he was slow"

"Shusss you, I'm trying to introduce us to Carl."

Carl jumped back, holding out his arms and looking that the braces his Uncle had given him. Lights where blinking on them, light that where not there before.

"Yes that's us call, we don't have names as such, I like to call myself Right and the lady on the left is well 'Left' but you can call us what you like. We played you the massage from your Uncle not long ago, I hope that explained things, and your thinking right now, why your not dunk like the others here. Well that was Left" This was all said in a male voice.

then the left side brace female added, all the time lights winking to the sound of her voice.

"Yes that was me, we can't have your getting drink and well having a turn now can we. I neutralized the Alcohol in your system, all for the best Carl."

Carl said nothing but made a RAWEE!! ing sound and started to try and rip off the arm bracers. Then he felt a charming emotions, washing over him. he slumped back into hes seat.

"Sorry Carl thats me"

Said Right, best you try not to remove us, we are here to help your know, the sooner you come to realize that the better.

Carl looked to his arms, he instinctively knew why he had them, the honor of the Family was at stake, Carl messing up here would be bad, and so they had make keeps for him, keepers he would have to keep until his time her was over, OR until he found a way to remove the &*##*# things.

Carl got a ruse-full look on his face.

:nabs the Baton, runs with it:

The arrows lead Rena through a few hallways, with Tryko'Sam in tow, until they reach a section of school where a work shop is revealed. After passing through the doors, Rena and Tryko'Sam would spot a young human looking male, standing about in the place, drawing in a book.

He's about mid-teens, or pre-twenties, dark hair, dark skinned, thin and short, with black hair that hangs over his dark eyes. With a few blinks of his eyes, he stops the use of the book, a large ornate looking thing with a lock on it, that 'clicks' when closed, peering at the two.

"Are you using this room? I was just looking for a quiet place to work." Sitting near him are a few items; an umbrella, a coat beneath it, and what appears to be a sheathed long sword.

Tryko'Sam looks between Rena and the other fellow and then back out. Then he looks at Rena again.

"All you, Rena. Not sure what to ask here. Do those arrows point to people or places?"

If Rena has any Knowledge: Arcana, she'd realize this room could easily make for a workshop in the production of non-smithing required magic items.

"So....are there any other vows I should know about, or have we pretty much covered all of them now?"

He smirked a bit at her question. "Well there was one other, that went with the no meat. It was a vow to never wield an item of war. Which included armor, knives of any kind, and many other items. I have left that vow behind with the vow of pacifism. I still don't wear armor however. It just to restricting for my movements. In the end it's more a hindrance than a boon."

He slightly pats the satchel on his side while he continues. "I do use weapons when the time to use such comes. It is my goal that someday I could recreate the source and bring it back to my homeland. This however is probably only a dream. Instead it will more likely be some predecessor that is able to fulfill this dream." He tells her almost seeming relived at the mention of a predecessor.

Slowly he took her hand in to his and gently kissed it. "Though it is my goal to bring a new source to my homeland. I think I have attachments here that would prevent me from living there permanently like I did before." He reassured her of him not wanting to leave her.

Vai blanches at the affectionate gesture and immediately there's a rising sense of panic in Vai as Melody's hug goes around her. The somewhat familiar clausterphobia quickly causes Vai to begin to squirm and if Mel insists on continuing the hug it may result in a physical rejection - Vai trying to break free and pushing Mel away. "Mel... stop... please." comes her voice as she's squirming.

"Umm...do you mean sucessor? Doesn't a predecessor come before? Well, I understand how it goes. I mix up my words sometimes too....usually only in the most publicly humiliating settings though. The infamous lecture on how to 'constrict' wards still haunts me to this day," she joked.

Rena looks around the room upon their arrival, not immediately recognizing the equipment but then thinking on it, and realizing that if the school led them here, there must be a reason... she had been about to speak back to Tryko'Sam when the screen appeared with the Professor on it. Vai's mother, no doubt.

She waits patiently for the conversation to be over before nodding to her friend - a distinctly humanoid gesture. "Yes, I'll find you later. Not entirely sure... the arrows must have a reason though."

After the departure of Tryko'Sam, Rena turns back to the dark youth, bobbing up and down slightly as she floats there, having abandoned the submissive pose she had taken in the town. "I... was looking for maybe a permanent magical way to have a humanoid form. That was I can attend classes and learn how to write and things like that. I'm sorry I ignored you before... too much happening. My name is Rena."

"Yes I believe it maybe a little hard on him or her to travel there. Traveling from one dimension to another would be simple compared to were I'm from. Both myself and the headmaster Ryo have many questions about how I arrived and how my home and this place are connected. It's possible I will never find out how they are connected.
