Having eyes makes you vulnerable to being blinded.
So you should not have eyes.
:D
Then you're blinded.
Seriously, what I'm talking about is being good at hearing letting you be deafened by some random high pitched noise. It punishes you for ending good at something.
Your humor is nonexistent and irrelevant.
So, if this is a rule, I'm never using perception.
Plain and simple, it's now a hideance instead of a benifit.

Dom Waverider wrote:*shakes head disappointed*Seriously, why would anyone want perception if you could get deafened by some random person shouting?
Ranks should /never/ be a hideance. They invest in them, so they shouldn't suck because they choose to be good at something.
Okay look at it this way ....
You have high ranks in concentration you are possessed and your friends need to stop you from casting... but your high concentration is a hinderance

There are no concentration ranks.
Also- it's not a hinderance to you. You're succeeding at what your doing, even if you are doing it against your will.

Scent: gives bonus to perception
Leaves you more vulnerable to the stench aura of certain undead
Same principle
Not a rank setup. You didn't spend anything on it, you just came with it.
Also, you still get a save, and high is still good.

"Sick" can be cured. You can't be fixed. Not that I haven't tried. :P

Normally, perhaps Ice would be right, however:
RULES LIGHT!!!
It was flavorlicious for this to happen, the GM ruled it worked that way, thus it does.
If you have a favorite food that makes you feel better when you eat it, please go indulge yourself. Maybe take a nap.

Is there a particular reason you're being a jerk?
There's a massive difference between falling down and scrapping your knee, and watching your father, who was your best friend growing up, the person who took you to countless Yankees games, helped support and encourage your love of comics and was an all around great person, slowly die, when he was only 48 yrs old.
Which by the way, was two years before I turned 18, two years before his only daughter got married, two years before he would have turned 50, two years before his youngest son turned 10 and two years before he and my mom would have celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary.
So yea, forgive me if stupid commentary about cancer upsets and inflames me.

My great grandma died of cancer the day before my birthday,
Death happens it sucks, if we never talked about the possible ways to die here, like I said there won't be half as much to talk about
But if you wish I will pretend I am
In a fantasy world where no one dies

What would it have done if we hadn't killed it?Yea
About 2d6 con damage with DC 20 fort save for half
2d8 HP damage negated on Dc20 save
But it got an immune person so no worries
I mean, like, to the school. Why was it here?

Geez, I finally get a few minutes to check in before jumping in to deal with the next big project due tomorrow and this...ugh.
MG, Foul, I've about had it. Both of you need to learn to express yourself in a polite manner that doesn't immediately escalate like this. MG, you really need to phrase things in a less imperious manner. Foul, you really need to not dig in your heels when someone is upset by something you said. You're not always right.
