The terms of the wishcraft don't leave a lot of room for that (plus there's the whole shifting while pregnant problem if the babies aren't capable of shifting), but we could do random rolls for which type of dragon their dragon half is. :)
The scary part of this whole thing is I did something very similar when I DMed a game. By this I mean the chart Dragonborn3 just put up.

My guess is they would all be half-dragon weredragons. As in, while Ephebe is half-elf in her main form, her progeny would be half-half-elf-half black dragon in theirs. Meaning that the wish would become a lot less useful.
But that's just me trying to make things difficult. ^-^

Ephebe isn't half elf. Tam was still human when the triplets were conceived.
Also, Ephebe is a hybrid weredragon/Hunter, so she's kind of a weird case to start. The terms of the wishcraft would mean that any progeny of Aanada (and her children) will always be amethyst weredragons. In order to keep the race from dying out completely. But in Ephebe's case there's competing wishcraft (at least I assume that's how the Hunters were created) which means there's a little wiggle room. Still weredragon children, but the type of dragon can vary a bit.
