Actually, she has let people inside her head before, and it took a dc 15 will save (though, the side effects of failing that safe would not be fun) however, she was also making it more "homely" in there, so...
And she actually isn't as crazy as you may think. Yeah, she's pritty insane, but she also embodies a lot of other things that madness is about. Her powers don't revolve around a tracking the mind- they revolve around screwing up reality around her.

Nala is de facto in charge by fault of being the only person not totally falling apart... at least until a replacement can be appointed for Bertha. Nala has a bad feeling that she's about to get promoted. Anyhow, the scene where they decide how and when to rezz Keme is all we're waiting on now.

Ok, now that you were nice enough to explain as opposed to just flat out telling me to make a random, unknown Will save, I will completely agree Ace should not be immune.
Much like the capstone of a Winter Oracle, or the power of deity can overcome immunities, I would say that Tarka's mind would override Ace's immunity.

Not exactly. I'm having trouble with this because of how complicated and split up but not it is. It's not the easiest to review and I have to look at balance very differently since it's two characters with only one body. Which means that I'm looking at it in small chunks rather than one long marathon session. Complicated characters just plain take longer. Ask Ace. It took months of PMs to put that character together.
And I still have no idea what you mean by dream travel. Are we talking a specific spell/psionic power?
