I had the thought of everyone is either : a. Teleport in fleeing from something
B. Show up looking for the school
C. space flight

Not from an advanced society, he wouldn't flee, and he isn't really trying to join the school... (that's a side effect)

I was just not going to use tybalt as a qualifier (no offence Tybs) and base it off of what you can handle, cause Tybs probably won't be in the scene

Your the only one pitching a fuss over the power tier, with your ability to self flank at will you are rather powerful, but you don't fight, so that isn't used, *shrug*

Frankly I think of Tybs as one of the more pwerful people because of how many people he can pull in for aid.

Not to mention Catfolk Rogue. So Nasty.

Try not to worry about the other PCs as much. Pick an evil outsider that you feel will give you the best bang for your buck and allow you to make the entrance you so desire.

Besides, if Ty is your "companion" in this fight, just make sure the enemy is vulnerable to ice and you're golden.

And I chose pit fiend cause I knew it was definitely strong enough but now I'm thinking it's too strong and idk what devil is the correct balance of deadly & intelligent vs won't murder the town

I'm not "pitching a fuss" I just think something that can use wish and can also summon meteors onto a crowded town, is a little bit of over kill so he can arrive in style. Tyb can and will fight if it's needed. It just hasn't been needed yet as per the fact that his friends can usually defend themselves thus far. Also he will be on the expedition this weekend so he really has absolutely nothing to do with this.

How about a Marilith, advanced slightly for this combat?

Give it max HP, for a total of 336.

Possibly increase its AC, unless 32 is high enough.

Then if you want, mix up its weapons and enchantments. No need for them to all be longswords, or just +1 weapons.

Ehos is coming to be a non-combatant as well.

He won't have a bow, and can't cast any spells... he's effectively useless in combat.

I doubt I will fight, and I could be somewhere else if you want, but if I was there i would be working containment/evacuation, once everyone is safe if you still aren't done then I get to banishment.

Guys... alot of the healing/evacuation stuff can be reactionary, just so we don't "co-incidently" have a bunch of characters show up for this... feels staged. Ehos actually has a reason to be there (which may or may not be revealed, depending on when the attack happens). I imagine that word of a demon attack in the middle of Kuros would reach Avalon quickly.
