Ephebe generally goes late at night since that's when she has time. The rest are somewhat flexible about their schedule.

And no, it doesn't likely need to be expanded any further now. Aananda is more likely to go for a live birth again. The idea of having to spend an entire month in draconic form in order to lay the eggs is very unappealing to her, especially since for her it would fall in the middle of the school year.

Guys, the rules debate is moo. Diplomacy only works on PCs with their consent. It's not mind effecting. It's just a measure of how likable and charming or compelling your behavior is. A gauge to show if you really come across as debonair as you think you are, if you will.

And there are some limits on can't be recorded, WoM. Can be remembered. Someone could telepathically share a memory, which is not a recording. Memory isn't always accurate so it's not as good as evidence, but saying you can't be remembered is just silly.
