One I can F up with cold....one I can just hurt with ice....
I have it and am but any ice you throw either does cold damage or I can deflect it with my "manipulation of water in all its forms."
:) cold damage will just hurt you then.... And only if you know the ice would still hurt you.... And you had a prepared action for manipulation....
