And just one more thing! Vic, you just finished to kill both sailors the pirates dropped! :)
Which is understandable, since you can't see more than 5ft around you.
Also, your last action was based on player knowledge, not char knowledge.
As mentioned before, you are inside a fog, can't see more than 5ft around you. There's really 'no way' for you too see all the pirates and position as you did.
There's really no issue at this point. Just try to avoid this in the future. :)

Ah, got it. Yeah, I'd only probably be able to see two of those pirates as I walked towards them, and just generally fire towards the noise of the others, which means I might not have seen them all. I'm also fine making a roll of some sort to figure out how many of them I am lucky enough to hit.

Really, I'm just impressed at the accuracy of that enemy cleric. With Shield of Faith, Victoriana's AC is something like 17. That said, the sooner we get knocked out, the sooner we get to join (be imprisoned by) the pirates.

While Sandara moves inside the combat and attack the black skinned woman.
Atk: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
and she is the first one to hit the woman.
Sandara tries to cast a spell
Con: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Touch: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 touching the gnome, transferring to her a painful wicked energy, then she says "Yer defiance is futile! Resist and ye die. Surrender and ye live!"
Sandara once again tells the defenders "Surrender, better than be dead!"
and attack the black skinned woman.
Atk: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Dmg: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Critical confirmation: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Dmg: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
The dice goddess is smiling at me!
MWUAHAHAHAHAH!

Oh, don't worry about it—it moves the story forward anyway, and if she had stepped 5 feet further it would have flanked, and hit anyway. Victoriana only has a high touch AC because of a rather unusual mystery that lets her dodge using charisma instead of dex, which I might have to describe in detail later as her just sort of stepping forward while yelling loudly, ignoring flying bullets while her magic subconsciously protects her.
