You could just use it and say his hair is dark! I do that all the time when I have hard to match characters.
I feel like there needs to be a scandal or two somewhere in the House's ruling few...anyone else feel like that drama needs to be there? I'm not planning on adding in the drama at the moment...but maybe at some point it shall happen.

I am also beginning to realize that I have been in at least one other campaign with almost all of our active players besides Wynnter.

I have started to notice that I have been around the boards so long that I keep playing with, or GMing for the same people.

Yes indeed, I have bought recently a bunch of "obscure" rpgs but not a lot of people want to play them since it's a new system which is annoying.
I am always up for learning a new system if I think the story will be good. Like the game Scion, I have the core book but no one ever wants to play it and I feel I'd enjoy it more as a player then a GM.
Also, Warlord! Are we just going with Bradyn escorted Wynnter back? I'm just would like to know because Wynnter still wants to talk with Darne.
Yes Bradyn would just escort you as needed, and you can talk to Darne any time during the week wait or just before you leave.
Once gone, you have Manrel and Bradyn for company for about a month lol

They are all decent systems, just not very common and even in several pbp sites you will be lucky to find 1 game of any of those.
I have actually heard of none of those so, interesting ^^. But yes I did do a small session of Scion once. If it had gone further then it did I might have possible enjoyed it but two boozy women who were more interested in chatting with each other (One of which was married to the GM) at a con equals...kinda falling apart.
But I have done a small stint in Exalted, also made from the same company as Scion and I enjoyed it and look forward to my GM revisiting it.
They just came up with Exalted 3rd edition to fix the "errors" of 2nds
The only issue I have with 3rd edition thus far is...it's only Solars. So you can't really do anything. That is perhaps the only real big issue I have. If they had like a mini conversion thing...of some kind in their book so that people could put in (albiet probably a lot of work to convert a character) some work and be able to play it'd be one thing...but until they at least release the Dragonborn, you've really got just a really nice large desk topper.
I played Exalted 1st and 2nd edition, preferred 1st.
I don't think I ever heard of any of those games either Warlord.
Sometimes I consider running a Gemini or Kult game but then I remember I don't have time to run what I already run and stop thinking about it :-)

Kuro is kind of a steampunk japan with fantasy
Qin is low fantasy ancient china, like romance of the three kingdoms, warring states, Hero, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon stuff.
Double Cross is anime rpg with superpowers.

Lol! Not GM keltia or Yggdrasil any time soon. The both are compatible as they are the exact same system, they have just different themed things of course, and use d10.
Interesting interesting. What I wish I would see would be a decent Firefly system. Would love to be a browncoat making my way through the black and blue.
Edit: If I were to try and do so, to be honest I think the Star Wars EotE system would work well for it.

It is pretty much a harem anime game in which it can be funny, silly, serious, terrifying, or epic. Some times all at once! It is so much fun! XD The character don't even take long to build so it's a really easy rpg to just sit down and run with.
The whole point is for the maids, your characters, to get the masters'/mistress' favor. While protecting them, it also had the "rule of cool" when it comes to weapons. Like I had an angel maid (it's what I rolled) who served a demon worshiping evil master, and her weapon was a huge sword that she found called Excalibur. Oh and she also ended up finding the best armor! .... which is named the chain mail bikini... because that is what it is.

So, Darne question about just where we are wasn't ever really answered. Which got me wondering so I looked up the Riverlands and its boarders. There are actually two coastal areas! The one by the Iron islands, called Ironman's bay with the Cape of Eagles, and the other is the bay with the Three sisters in it. It is only a small coast so it would be very likely only one or two houses would have the land there, and it is rather close to The Twins. Which after what Darne did... may not be the wisest place to pick but hey! That drama you wanted yeah? XD
Hmm...interesting, I would think we were most likely where Frey's are unfortunately given the attendance of the ball...but the GM would be the one to ultimately make that call I think?
I would think so as well. But both sides give great story options! Raiders from the Iron islands hitting the coast could allow us to join forces with other lords upon the coast, same with slavers from the three sisters. Wolf's Den was actually made to keep them from moving further up the White knife. But yeah, either really work. Also depending how far down on the Ironman's bay we are, we could end up right next to the Westernlands.
House Grell borders the Westerlands on the west side of the Riverlands, so I position your House on the Iron Islands side near the Westerland border, but the nearest House is still Grell.
Did I miss an npc interaction or everyone is done and I just didn't get the hint to move this along lol? Seen no activity for a bit so just wondering if it was on my end.
I am ready to go just waiting for the Darne, Tristan, Wynnter scene to end :-)
