Ketu will, if he has the chance, try to climb aided/assisted.

Climb(take 10): 10 + 3 = 13

Aid another: 1d20 ⇒ 8

You should be adding your climb skill to the aid check.

My climb is +5. Should I roll again or add 5 to the previous roll?
If I roll again:Aid Another: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

Grivem and Ketu get across and secure the rope for the rest of the party to a stalactite.

Ayla goes across

@Browman, is my armour, gear and rope now abandoned? Would I get it on the way back?

Did you leave it somewhere? I don't see a post mentioning your gear.

Grivem stretches
We did it.
He shivers from the cold of the water.
I fear this may be the least of the challenges we have to face.

My mistake. I thought I'd dropped it all. That swim should have been a -3 rather than +3 then. Don't suppose it matters now?

"I think you may be right Grivem."

Ketu checks the surroundings for any interesting details.
Perception(tk10): 10 + 7 = 17

... and to see if there are any animals lurking about.
Perception(Favoured Enemy)(tk10): 10 + 7 + 2 = 19

Ketu doesn't detect any signs that animals have ever been on this side of the stream.

The party continues into the cave system and after another 10 minutes of walking starts to see a strange green light coming from the next cavern up ahead.

Attack (base/melee/range) +2/+4/+4 | CMB: +4 | CMD: 14 | Fort: +3 | Ref: +5 | Will: +2 | AC: 12 | FF: 10 | Ini: 2 | HP: 19/19

Ketu tries to determine the source of the light while trying to approach stealthily.

Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Stealth: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12.

Ketu realizes that the light is coming from a luminescent fungus that fills the cavern up ahead. It looks like you will have to wade through a field of the fungus to continue into the cave.

Grivem throws a pebble into the cave(if there are no pebbles, he shoots an arrow

The pebble hits the fungus and sinks in, disappearing without a sound.

Ayla sees it and gets both curious and afraid.
