Bolded section is mine. If that's the only place you've got that compares the two, then I would suggest that they are definitely different.

I know it only refers to AC, but still. At the very least, RAW is still unclear about this. I actually think this is a good FAQ candidate. May find the appropriate spot to post this question on the boards.
