Pozuket makes sure his crossbow is drawn and has a bolt readied in it. He's started too many fights without it in hand to voluntarily give up that advantage.
Looking to Jarlgur he quietly asks, "Do you see anyone?"

Grogson quickly signals for Jivo to pass the flashpowder to Jarlgur. Grogson signals the others to fall in behind him as slips a pair darkened goggles on. "Toss that in as soon as burst in the room and clear left the rest of you roll in and clear right. On 3...1..2...3!!!!, with that the heads into the room as planned with crew on hold till the flash has cleared.
Plan is to enter with my goggles to prevent flash burn and increase chance for shock tactic to work....At least I hope that is how it plays out, lol. Attack rolled applicable. Not sure 20%miss chance is rolled.

Given that you guys have a planned approach and an order to roll in with, I am happy for you to pick who will go in what order as you have the surprise round and can simply delay yourselves in the init order to go in one after the other. Initiative rolls will be made as usual, but the order you chose will be the order the initiatives then go in. The enemy patrty will still make their initiative check that will then be worked back to the party order. Makes more sense than random roll ins when you have the time and space to coordinate entry.
I assume that Grogson enters, Jivo throws, then...?

Pozuket does the count, weaving it into song.

This small room looks as though it were recently cleaned.
Piles of broken furniture lay against the east wall and a single, nondescript desk sits in the middle of the room facing the door in the south wall. Another door, just as thick and sturdy, is opposite the main door on the north wall.

In due course you crack the north door, revealing the prison beyond...
This long hallway stretches 110 feet from east to west and is periodically broken up by thick, iron portcullises. Several sets of doors can be seen at even intervals along the north and south walls, and at the far east end the hallway appears to terminate in a room filled with large cages. The floor of the hallway was recently swept, but spiderwebs remain on the ceilings.
On the dead caster you find a potion of Cure Light Wounds.

Peering out the door and down the hallway, the gnome states the obvious: "That is a rather extensive hallway. And it has the potential to be very prone to ambushes from behind unless we open every door, which then leaves us vulnerable to an attack from further down or being trapped in a room." He looks to the more martial members. "What's the plan?"

"We will give Jivo the periscope and send him out 10' ahead of me and Jarlgur will take up behind me. Poz you in the middle, then Armis and Aldori pulling rear guard." Stick with me."

It's a tense two minutes in the corridor, but eventually Jarl satisfies himself that there is no trap and cracks open the door.
What was once an exercise yard for inmates is now a choked yard filled with dead grass, animal nests, and trash. The yard is open to the sky and at the north end the ruins of a gallows can be seen. In the northwest corner of the yard a small, rickety wooden platform leads up to a single, heavy door. A set of thick double doors can been seen on the east wall.

Jivokun is about to give the all clear until he spies a large shape move slightly under the gallows block, but it isn't obvious what it is, only that it is big and hidden away back there under the cover of the wooden frame.
