Numeria has a long history of mystery and wonder buried under its rugged landscape, for on that one fateful night thousands of years ago, the Rain of Stars scarred the land. The fragmented remnants of a ship from beyond the stars fell from the sky, scattering strange technological ruins and deadly perils across the land. Today, these sites are feared by the barbaric tribes and coveted by the sinister spellcasters of the Technic League. Yet something worse than brutish berserker or super-science wizards has risen to power in these hidden technological ruins.
Something stirs in the shadows of Numeria and unless someone figures it out the whole world could be in danger.
Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.
Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.
Rolls that will be handled by the GM:
Perception
Sense Motive.
if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.
Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.
Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...
Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: You are villains. Villains are smart, resourceful and have style! Have you ever seen a memorable villain that could just swing his sword and do nothing more?
Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).
Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."

I too am still developing Jayla's character.
Anyone seen the Aliens 4 movie? Instead of only cold logic, i was thinking of having her be(come) a bit like the female synth.
"I did with three others who were not fortunate enough to survive the encounter. It's got tough skin and a really nasty bite but it's those spikes you need to watch out for. It hover above and rains those down on you before coming down or the kill. You don't really need to kill it thought just avoid it long enough to break open or crack the lock on the sealed door at the end of the path. However if you manage to slay the beast you would quickly be well liked around here get past it and that would earn you some respect especially if you bring back something good."

Still a little indecisive, Sylvia looked at her new companions before turning back to the woman. "Right, well, I think we could at least look at the situation before doing anything further," she said, really not relishing the thought of going against something like that but really wanting to delve into that untapped potential. "If nothin' else, we can see about just sneakin' past the blighter."

Jayla looks sideways to Valeria, and shrugs.
"Slang was special terms for something, last time i heard of the word."
She looks back at Sylvia.
"In what part of the country lies this slang's origin?
It certainly isn't cheliax, for sure, nor is it remotely dwarven or elven."
After some time sitting upon the steady wreckage she found on the scrap wall, seeing no immediate threats to her party members, she flies down to the ground. Once on the ground Xaikon makes her way into the shop to see what is keeping her companions busy.
"Ah there you are. What interesting stuff have you found?"
Remembering she used some arrows, "Any chance for some arrows? Oh, a small mending kit to patch some of these holes."

"That is an interesting, yet not preferable prospect.
Contrary to yourselves, i have not yet heard of synthetics being brought back from death."
That was an interesting topic, actually.
It seems that when an android is 'killed', the spirit within departs, but it's not defined where that spirit will go.
you can meet up with a faction leader, try the job you've been offered and I believe you were asked to inquire about a certain priest in town from someone in torch.
Save the girl!
A young alien girl has been captured by pirates and sold into slavery to the salvagers of the srapwall who follow a machine god known as Hellion she is the only known survivor of the starship divinity and as such many of the machines from the vessel obey her commands which makes her incredibly important to anyone who wants to control them. The Technic would do anything they could to get her if they learned of her existence and the salvagers will fight fiercely to keep her as she is a priceless prize here in numeria. The Mayor of Hajoth Hakados has promised you a reward (nothing specific) if you can bring her back there were she will be kept safe. (The mayor has been known to help aliens and androids hide from the Technic league in the past)
Save Torch!
A powerful alien machine under torch is overloading and will explode in a matter of weeks destroying the entire town and everything for miles around unless it can be stopped. However the controls to stop the explosion are in a room flooded with a deadly energy called radiation. Special armour can be worn to survive this environment but it was taken by the salvagers from scrapwall that follow a machine god known as Hellion. The machine could also shut down if commanded to do so by the last survivor of the starship Divinity (the girl mentioned above). The town has promised you 4000 gold for completing this task.
Stop the followers of Hellion
It's obvious these followers of Hellion are dangerous and the council of Torch has offered a reward if you can put an end to them once and for all or at least make sure they never threaten Torch again. The council offered another reward of 4000 gold for completing this task.
Secondary quest
Defeat or bypass the chimera
reward salvaged items and fame in scrapwall
Find allies in Scrapwall
Scrapwall has many factions fighting for power it could be helpful to make some friends here.
Earn some respect
Earning fame in Scrapwall by completing task for the locals or finding good salvage is likely to open some doors for you.
Find the priestess
The priestess Dinvaya has been in scrapwall hiding from the Technic league for many years. The priest of Torch Joram has been trying to contact her for some time but has been unable to do so. He gave you his personal holy symbol and a message to give to her if you can find her. He promised you a magic wand of metamagic extend if you do this for him and return.
Learn more about the factions.
Five factions fight over scrapwall learning more about them could be key to success. You need to find out which one or ones are aligned with the followers of Hellion.

I think we should focus on the chimera (thought it was a manticore?) as completing that quest will open up options for several others, such as gaining an in with at least oke faction in Scrapwall, which will hopefully lead us to the alien chick, and hopefully information in the priestess.

"Manticores? About 10ft of death, fond of eating us mere mortals for brunch," Sylvia replied. "This will not be a fun fight, not at all. Here's to hoping we can sneak on by."
Many folks can tell you about the creature. It's big, it flies, it glows int the dark, it's bite is poison and it likes to fling volleys of spikes at it's prey before attacking.
