Grit spendings:

At 1st level, as a swift action, the mysterious stranger can spend 1 grit point to gain a bonus on all firearm damage rolls equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 1) with all firearm attacks she makes until the end of her turn

Fire!? Again? Distracted by his grounded ally, Lumpii takes a direct shot to the chest. First of making him slightly more mad at the fact he burns and that the itch is returning, but also that he definitely need a new shirt.

After considering his wardrobe for a brief moment the second thing that comes to mind are the five alchemical charges he had holstered incredibly close to some crazy fire crap. Maybe it's time to rehome them. He reloads his pistol with one of the charges and aims for the suckers eye in hopes the lack of depth perception will cease any further accurate balls of fire.

Blades both physical and ethereal pass by the Troglodyte chieftain harmlessly and the power of Nayan's mind fails him in his quest to bring down the Chieftain. Lad and Manly manoeuvre to their next spot, ready to bring the fight to Tasskar as he stands with his blade of flame. It is Lumpii that scores the only true hit, revenge upon the flaming blow struck to him.

Taskkar steps out of the way of the mad monk and his Mindblade and brings down his flaming Scimitar, aiming to cut Gilbert down.

Nayan'a rage again fails to connect as does Manly's sling stone whilst Lad darts in and hamstrings the Troglodyte causing him to hiss in pain and glare at the halfling promising retribution. His promise is short lived however as at that moment Lumpii takes aim and fires, the bullet piercing through the troglodyte's chest in a gory display.

Tasskar falls to his knees, the light of life clearly gone from his eyes and Balenor rushes over to help Gilbert, his magic removing the nasty burns caused by Tasskar's attack.

Being the good Pathfinders you are, you take a moment to remove Tasskar of his possessions, finding several keys, a well made scimitar and a magical cloak. One of the keys opens the cheat in the room. The large wooden chest holds Tasskar’s treasure, some of it gathered from within the Fallen Fortress: a masterwork short sword, 15 cold iron shurikens, two asks of acid, a potion of cat’s grace, a potion of lesser restoration, a wand of summon monster I (CL 3rd, 9 charges), an amethyst worth 100 gp, and 247 gp in assorted coins.

With all of the aecrets learned, you take the time to rest and recuperate in the fortress before making your way back to Drandle Dreng.

The journey back from the ruined tower is as wet as itnis uneventful, you have been gone from Absalom but a few days yet the pouring rain has caused the streets to flood and it the city seems mostly abandoned apart from those that had no choice but to dare the downpour.

At the gates, Balenor thanks you all and bids you farewell, he has a report to write and had best get started, despite the mishaps that came across him he still feels confident in his task.

You meet Venture Captain Dreng once more at the Wounded Wisp, propping up the same table he had when you started your quest. He looks at you through bleary bloodshot eyes for moment before recognising you and then smiles broadly.

"Greetings younglimgs! How dis you find the trip? I do hope Balenor has returned, where is the young rascal?"

Lumpii orders two pints from the bar, one for himself and one he owed the captain. Hopping up onto the chair he picked a few days ago. "He said he needed to go and write his report. He left us at the gate." Lumpii Slides one of the drinks across the table to Captain Dreng and then reaches into his pocket for Balenors wayfinder, which he also Slides across the table. "That's his if you can make sure it gets to him."

The halfling takes his drink and downs it, shortly followed by a large burp for such a little creature. "Some troglodytes had taken refuge in the tower and capture him. Looks like they beat him quite a bit though. But Manly-" He says, tilting his head toward her. "Patched him up nicely and he helped us clear the building of all the enemies.

Granted we told him off a bit for venturing out on his own. But he's back safe and sound.
