Point taken Cragorn :) There is a little bit of room for creativity here so I wanted to make some space for it.
Klara gets to craft a base more directly under the owl, and Yuan and Cragorn get to climbing and vaulting off of it. Before long they have the scroll out of owl's beak, which details research on transmuation.
Returning it to Alyreha, she is able to use more of her power to grant a second command word as a two action command and envision activity, granting themselves or an ally haste the quickened 1 condition for 1 minute, though the extra action can only be used to Strike or Stride. This command word can only be used one by the whole group (any one party member).
| Alyreha |
Eight schools of magic. There is one bit of my research left. It has to be evocation. Separately, I fear whoever did the damage to the sensors in the upstairs rooms might still be hiding out in the tower. Did you hear anything up there while in the Transmutation room? I'll... let you decide what to deal with first, but be careful.
There are several rooms left, but there are clear remaining tasks and dangers to address. What would you like to do next?

I assure you no offense was meant. Just don't like to see things bog down if there's a way around it. :)
Well, I suppose there's not much for it, except to go to the evocation room, Cragorn says, rubbing his hip where he fell on the floor beneath the strix.
| GM PaleDim |
Not at all. It was probably at risk of bogging down.

EVOCATION ATRIUM
The central area of this room has pedestals with runes corresponding to acid, cold, fire, and electricity, with central runes placed for sonic and force. The walls of the larger portion of the room each have their own extravagant mural representing one of the four elements.
The northern wall is covered by the image of an enormous caldera of an unknown volcano, a vast lake of lava that almost seems to glow intensely. The southern wall displays a vast coral reef, and the light from the ocean’s surface almost seems to dance. The eastern wall displays a yawning cave, and the depths seem almost real. The western wall displays a fierce tornado tearing through an open field. The image somehow perfectly captures the fury of the intense winds. The western section of the floor portrays beams and circles along with complex equations, while the eastern section of the floor is covered in sine waves and elaborate musical notation. The ceiling above is painted with the four elements all blending, and the center piece is a brightly glowing evocation rune, crackling with energy.
As you enter, the rune above seems to activate, sending burst of cold air and beam of white magical light into the central squared off portion of the room. From it two seemingly elemental creatures emerge and they look quite hostile...

Klara It's unclear which creature you're inspecting or what skill you're using to recall knowledge. Given your attack focus on Green I'm assuming that's the target, and based on the bonus in your roll and seeing your character sheet I presume you're using arcana.
Klara focuses on the creature Rose had aimed at, and determines that it is a mist stalker, an amphibious water elemental.
As she takes aim at the creature she notices that it is hard to pinpoint its exact location within the shroud of mist.
Translation: it is surrounded by a mist cloud which has radius 15ft, causing all creatures within to be concealed. Marked on map (also apologies for not include this up front). It could potentially be dispersed by something like a Gust of Wind.

Think Yuan Wu should be at -1? Ayla treated his wounds over here.
Yuan Wu is momentarily taken aback by the sudden appearance of what he can only assume are elementals. He quickly turns his attention to the nearest one within his reach (green).
vs green: Exploit Vulnerability: Esoteric Lore: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Critical Success You remember the creature's weaknesses, and as you empower your esoterica, you have a flash of insight that grants even more knowledge about the creature. You learn all of the creature's resistances, weaknesses, and immunities, including the amounts of the resistances and weaknesses and any unusual weaknesses or vulnerabilities, such as what spells will pass through a golem's antimagic. You can exploit either the creature's mortal weakness or personal antithesis (see below). Your unarmed and weapon Strikes against the creature also become magical if they weren't already.
Success You recall an important fact about the creature, learning its highest weakness (or one of its highest weaknesses, if it has multiple with the same value) but not its other weaknesses, resistances, or immunities. You can exploit either the creature's mortal weakness or personal antithesis. Your unarmed and weapon Strikes against the creature also become magical if they weren't already.
Failure Failing to recall a salient weakness about the creature, you instead attempt to exploit a more personal vulnerability. You can exploit only the creature's personal antithesis. Your unarmed and weapon Strikes against the creature also become magical if they weren't already.
Critical Failure You couldn't remember the right object to use and become distracted while you rummage through your esoterica. You become flat-footed until the beginning of your next turn.
(That's likely a fail, so only personal antithesis, i.e. gain weakness 3 vs my attacks.

Added courageous anthem damage too.
COMBAT OVER! Great job team!
The mist slowly dissipates from the room.
Seeking around the room, you find that the murals, all loosely and crookedly re-hung on the wall, skillfully hide the creases of hidden compartments. Unfortunately, those compartments are all empty!
You get the sinking feeling that the final piece of research is with intruders. Given all that you saw in the crystal balls, and with Alyreha's intuition, they are very likely upstairs in the wizard's tower...
Would anyone like to do anything before heading up? Otherwise I will begin that final sequence late tonight or early tomorrow.

Klara looks at her mates shortly as the fog disappeared with agressive elementals. SHe produsing disapointment sounds inspecting the jars and clues around and suggests to not waste more time as we already gave possible intruders enought of it ti spend freely.

Do feel free to do any healing before you head upstairs, and while I am going to proceed, ret'con whatever preparations you need.
--------------------
The stairs of this tower ascend 40 feet from the floor beneath it into a large circular room riddled with books, magical implements, and crafting equipment. The couches look well-worn and the northernmost of them is covered with unmade blankets, and several pillows, before a desk covered with a pile of handwritten documents and annotated books. The walls are covered with magical equations and geometric designs written in several different colors of chalk.
A tall, muscular shisk woman with heterochromatic eyes (slide) stands up from the northern most couch of the room. “Oh. There you are, Pathfinders. What took you all so long? I’ve been waiting for you all to get through those defenses and find the Arclord’s research for me. But now that you’re here, I’ll have to be taking whatever you have for myself,” she sneers. “Mother needs me to bring her that research so that she can cook some true names and mix them together. I don’t entirely get it myself, but I don’t have to. All I need to know is that you have what I need for mother, so I am going to take it!”
She looks over at a fleshwarp individual (slide) who seemed to be waiting at the ready and nods. It beings advancing on you with purpose...

The shisk woman deftly and quickly produces a crossbow, a bolt into it, and fires at the first target at the top of the stairs (Rose).

Rose feels a dull pain in her chest, and her breathing starts to become labored. Looking down, she confirms the bolt lodged in her chest, opposite her heart.
Crit for 14 piercing damage.
The shisk flashes a sinister grin...
The fleshwarp begins gesticulating with its long, spindly fingers while muttering an incantation in draconic. After a moment of the awkward droning it looks right at Yuan, and three glowing darts of force speed toward him!

So, 40ft over what looks like about 8 squares is 5ft height per square. Being so far back Shayna would be 10-15ft down from floor level of the tower. So I would say no line-of-sight to the foes just yet.
Shayna emits an inspiring tune from further down the stairs that begins to bolster her companions.
Since Shayna preceeds Rose in order, I'm going to apply CA to Rose's attacks, converting the first to a hit.
Rattled by the quick assault, Rose reacts quickly firing off of the shifting of her body from pain 6 damage to BLUE!. She then catches its gaze and imparts emotional damage! success, BLUE is frightened 1 While that sets in, she lodges the next bullet in its hand. 3 damage to BLUE!
One Shot, One Kill ⟐, Stride (incl. double on steps), Strike. GM discretion on using an interact action to load before (per discussion in, well, Discussion, LOL) or an interact action to reload after. However it's ruled, that'll be Cragorn's third action.
Where is the discussion? I'm not seeing it, and not quite getting the question.
Cragon tops the steps, rounds the corner and puts a bullet through the middle of the fleshwarp. They drop to the ground unconscious.
BLUE down!
Fine! I'll do it myself! The shisk snarls.
Klara follows to the top of the steps and sets her sling-staff in motion, pelting the shisk for 14 damage!
Does Klara knows something useful about this woman?
She does! She knows that this is a shisk. What specific fact would you like to know? Options

Yuan is still up. Shayna with remaining actions. Cragon with possible action clarification in discussion. Klara to choose knowledge question.

It was a previous discussion that started here and ended five posts later. It was not a current discussion. Sorry for the confusion.
Yuan Wu

Sorry for my slow posting rate recently. Work's been quite busy.
Yuan Wu would like to have healed up before heading up. The only he could do it using his scroll of heal, scroll of heal: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16 which would bring him to full, before the battle.
I think Guidance and Courageous Anthem doesn't stack for attack roll. So Yuan Wu will use the Guidance if he needs to make a saving throw.
Yuan Wu has barely healed up before he is badly wounded again. Gritting his teeth to ignore the pain, he rushes into the room. Figuring that there is not much chance left to use it, he mentally commands his potency crystal to empower his asp coil and swings his weapon at the shisk.
vs red: +1 (striking) asp coil, CA: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 8 + 1 = 24 slashing, implements empowerment, CA, : 2d6 + 3 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (5, 6) + 3 + 2 + 1 = 17
