I don't fully understand the map but I believe #2 is the one that breached and is sitting there waiting to get a Smite(tm)

The peck steps towards the beast and points towards it with his tiny toothpick "You are now Smitten, beast, on the base that you are hella ugly!" before stabbing it with too much wrath for a tiny guy.

You took too much damage before your turn so you would have fallen unconscious at the -6 HP. The life link only kicks in on your turn and they were able to get the surprise round and then first in the round before you ever had a turn. Once on your turn, then life link gave you the 5 HP and you stabilized at -1. Also I moved your marker 5 feet to the one inside the hut.

When anyone uses the life link, please note it during your turn so that I can account for the damage to me.

Took another -5 HP for Galittlehad life link I'm pretty sure.

Sorry, I may need to start describing my actions better. Ivar was attacking the hut wall so on the subsequent attacks he could either attack through the wall with out cover or pass though the wall and attack from the other side.

Didn't drop, between LoH and Hindi's heals I was 6 hp from being full.

The peck groaned as the beast answered three times to his attack, but the valiant halflingdin knew no fear.

His left hand glowed again as he touched his heart and his rapier danced with renewed effort. This time he tried to keep a more balanced and defense-oriented stance, tho.

I five foot step back a bit so I can see though the new door Ivar bashed in the wall and I can see Shred.

The peck succesfully dodges the beasts' attacks and retaliates, keeping a defensive stance just in case.

I just realised I have Combat Expertise, so I'll use that and Fighting Defensively. AC is now 25

Under the big pile on, the critter finally goes down.

Obviously being jungle critters, they have no treasure. However the tribe throws a grad feast for you and the witch doctor cures all your maladies (including the negative levels).
