Assuming that Toshio slaughters the ankle biter before him and there are no more combatants in the narrow hallway, Rullis states, "Looks like you've got these, I'll go help the others" as he jumps down off the stairs. He rushes down the hall and takes the spot vacated by Kerrec, planting himself against the wall behind what is left of the door and door frame. Peering around the corner through the destroyed door, he takes in the severity of the situation, long spear held at the ready.

Toshio cuts down his foe as Vidar and Camillo look on in support. Rullis moves back to the other door to discover that it has been broken down and his cmrades appear ready to act. The goblins fire a variety of shots at Kerrec and Kithian as the warchanter inspires but none find their mark.
Ripnugget moves forward on his salamander, a gleaming blade menacing the men in the double doors as he rides with ease. One hobgoblin throws a jar that flies past Kithian that explodes into a glue like mess on the wall to the barbarian's left. Luckily Kithian is unaffected.
The last hobgoblin fiddle with the door he just entered from apparently concerned with some task.
Kerrec ends the life of one goblin with ease (1). Kithian's axe finds purchase on another goblin but fails to land the killing blow. (2)

With that Kerrec will take a 5' step into the room and fire at the hobgoblin.

I'm picturing Toshio rounding the corner to find the door closed, possibly locked. (Maybe you can use that nat 20 to kick in the door!!) And maybe Vidar's missing key will have immediate use!! Since Vidar's looking for the key, Camillo will probably be positioned right behind Toshio.

Toshio barrels down the hall and turns the corner to find the hall empty and door closed. Fluidly, the samurai uses his momentum to shoulder into the door and it splinters and cracks from the force, flying open. The hobgoblin on the other side hops back in surprise then smirks as a metal "twang" sound retorts to Toshio's arrival. A strangely designed lever hurls a small orb at Toshio from the top of door frame that collides and shatters on the samurai's armor.
Flames erupt onto Toshio as the orb breaks. Thats right! Take your 1 damage.*scoff* A sticky sweet smelling oil oozes about Toshio spreading the fire and threatening to burn him further.

As chaos erupts on the western wall as Toshio handily breaks down the door, the second hobgoblin peels from the main group to aid his comrade. With sling in hand another glass bauble whizzes into the hallway, narrowly missing Toshio and erupting along the floor; sticky sweet oil and fire flicker against the stones but do not spread or threaten the group.
The first hobgoblin who had been working on the door snarls at Toshio and takes a swing at the samurai, finding his mark and bites with the blade into the warriors side. Obviously torn about yielding the bottleneck, the hobgoblin decides to withdraw back from the door a step getting closer to its ally. Toshio take 3
Meanwhile Kithian cuts an imposing figure and between his stature and his feat of strength to break open the door, he draws much of the attention from the goblins scrabbling to their makeshift cover. Arrows fly at the door. All miss their mark save one as a hit grazes Kithian's arm. Kithian take 3
The chief roars from his giant salamander and lunges forward on his "steed". The lizard is remarkably fast and it becomes apparent how this goblin became chief of his tribe. With expert ability Ripnugget leans low and forward with his dogchopper and as he charges Kithian he lets out a guttural cry of his own. Despite the interference of the cleric Ripnuggets aim is true and his steel is strong. The goblin's blades bites deep into Kithian's shoulder, the blow perhaps the strongest the barbarian has ever felt or at least in recent memory. Ripnugget sneers at the obvious pain he has caused. Kithian take 14
Due to the charge Ripnugget now occupies the square directly in front of Kerrec. K&K you can either declare new actions, modify your existing ones or keep what you have done. (Kerrec you will want to change something because if you step forward and fire Ripnugget has a AOO on you.) Ill update the map after those actions.

Abadar is with his champion today and as Kerrec steps into the room the paladin swears he can almost hear the sound of a key clicking home in a lock. The sound in Kerrec's mind punctuates the release of the draw on his crossbow, the bolt loosing and finding its mark on the hobgoblin that means to move on the paladin's allies. Ripnugget attempts to press his advantage at Kerrecs maneuver but his blade finds only air.

Ducking to try and avoid getting hit by arrows, Rullis grabs a hold of his healing wand and steps up behind Kithian. Activating it, he reaches out and touches the raging man. "I've got your back, Kithian!" he calls out.

Vidar is able to clear the caltrops without incident.
Kerrec attracts the attention of the goblins cowering with bows with the chanter who continues his onerous droning. Arrows fly at the paladin and many find their target. Kerrec take a total of 10 (5,3,2) point of damage
As Kithian growls the goblin chief smirks at the barbarian. Fighting off the blows of the oracle's axe, the chief withdraws on his mount which is a gecko not a salamander, my mistake. Defending himself the chief withdraws not back but up as the gecko clings to the wall with ease. The chief climbs the wall and turns and offers a mocking jeer.
