On the one hand, it sounds like most of the tribe is there - but I don't want to be too late if they have captured someone and are getting ready to kill him."

You are certain. Then let us take them. If numbers are not in our favor we could use the door as a choke point and kill them one at a time. Master Vidar, do you have any spell that could cover a room as we open the door?

"May the blessing of Gorzeh aid you." After the doors are opened and Rullis can see that there really is a large group of combatants to fight, he'll cast Bless on the group. (+1 to Attack rolls and saves against fear for 2 minutes.)

Kithan and I should step in front of the doors, immediately following Vidar and Kerric's shots. Archers DON'T like being charged and in Melee.

Rullis and Vidar pull the double doors open with Kerrec and Vidar ready to shoot while Toshio and Kithian prepare to step into the open doorway to block the archers.
Init Order:
Camillo
Rullis
Kerrec
Vidar
Toshio
Kithian
The door swings open to reveal another hallway! Rullis, preparing to bless his allies, allows the words to fall silent on his lips as the rest of the group stalls in place at the sudden sight of something other than what they were expecting.
The small doorway next to the double doors (#2), previously uninteresting in the mounting tension creaks open as a small goblin eagerly chatting and laughing at compatriots beyond, begins to step into the hallway. His eyes bulge in his head as he is caught completely off guard by the presence of a group of humanoid attackers.
I am going to rule that though this turn of events is surprising that none of you are caught unawares so I won't roll for surprise. However this next round will be a surprise round so only 1 action.
Beyond the goblin is an expansive yard obviously used for practice and other affairs. A mix of goblins and many goblin dogs are milling about a large pyre that has been built in the center that hold none other than the "dark-eyed warrior" , Orik, who has obviously been badly beaten. He sags unconscious, tied against a vertical timber erected for the affair.
Since the layout is slightly different than everyone initially imagined I won't assume your actions stand (though you may choose to do the same thing) Just remember its a surprise round at first.
Goblin Surprise? (All but doorway for sure.)

If conditions are correct, Camillo will "partial charge" the goblin.
Attack 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16 Including +2 for charge, not including Bless yet
Damage 1d8 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + 5 + (2) = 13 Including Arcane Strike and Sneak Attack
AC 18 this round
If that action won't work, I will (1) simply move so as best to give one of my allies a flank on the goblin or (2) position myself adjacent to the door.

I'll allow the partial charge, even though in a "straight line" from you to him is partial cover from the doorway I think it is completely reasonable that Camillo hops the diagonal as intended.
Camillo pivots on his left foot and closes the gap between him and the goblin in the doorway, his longsword pulling forward in a perfect duelist's strike. The blade enters through goblin's throat abnd back out in a perfect motion, the utter shock still telegraphed on the goblin's face.
A moment later Rullis' finishes his prayer and the group feels the subtle unconscious confidence of The Wind and the Waves.

Kerrec's bolt flies from the the crossbow past Camillo into the yard taking the goblin off its feet. As it falls to the earth, the rain falling around it, small flicks of lightning lick off the bolt end as the goblin lies twitching for a moment before dying outright.

Well I figured if I was going to create a Justicar style Paladin then he'd want to be as well protected as possible from any sort of mind-effecting spells and abilities. Plus it helps that Paladins get real nice chrome for their saves.

Init order is now:
Toshio
Kithian
Camillo
Rullis
Kerrec
Vidar
Goblins (Poor Bastards)
Toshios surges forward through the door overstepping the goblins that both Camillo and Kerrec have dispatched. Turning left and seing a nother goblin nearby Toshio sweeps forward and slices down the green pest while its tongue still lolls in confusion. Kithan, take the right side. Hold the door and link up!
Kithian moves around the corner and his heretofore silent partner Reggie follow closely on his heels. Breaking right Kithian sees no goblins but the ugly creatures known as "goblin dogs" litter the yard and Kithian and Reggie each dispatch one in an ugly fashion leaving 6 dogs and one lone goblin to hold the yard.
Cam and the rest you are up.

Vidar trails behind Toshio, one arrow on the bowstring.
As he enters the yard he quickly scans the surroundings, taking in the situation within seconds.
Sensing that the most prudent course of action is to get rid of the enemies near to the captive, he takes up position behind Toshio.
Leaning to one side, he fires the arrow at the ugly looking creature straight in front of the samurai.
Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Unfortunately, his aim is less than true, and the arrow leaves the bow before he has the target fully in sight.

Rullis charges in after the others, his spear held high looking for targets. He follows along the right-most wall and comes into a position behind Kithian and Reggie. With nothing in it's spear range, he draws on the storm's energy and outstretches a hand and fires off a blast of electricity towards the only goblin he sees. But he doesn't do any better than Vidar.

Camillo rushes in behind the wizard archer and storm cleric, sword and shield ready, and is surprised to see only one goblin standing. Vidar and Rullis appear to have him in their sights, so Camillo moves near the captive and swings down at one of the ugly dogs.
I believe I can reach Orik's NE corner and strike the goblin dog diagonally NW of my new position. Can you number the targets to make it easier to specify?

The courtyard turns to chaos as the group rushes in. Vidar and Rullis miss their marks but Kerrec sets himself up for a shot while Camillo positions himself and strikes down a goblin dog near Orik's pyre.
Goblin dogs surge in an effort to attack the enemy while the remaining goblin attempts to run to a double door in the southwest corner of the yard. While the goblin dogs on Toshio and Camillo fall short of hurting the men, Kerrec and Kithian are both bitten by the beasts as they close the distance.
Kerrec take 4 points of damage I need a DC 12 Fort save or suffer -2 CHA and DEX for 1 day due to an allergic reaction from the goblin dogs dander.
Kithian take 7 points of damage and you need a DC 12 Fort save as well.
