Camillo leading west, checks the door to the tower and reopens it. The tower is empty. Stopping at the door leading north, Camillo puts his ear to the door. He hesitates.
Kithian, Kerrec and Reggie hold the main door.

Camillo grins and nods. He whispers, "Vidar, Rullis, find a spot on the stairs where you can see into the hallway when the door opens. So you can fire over the heads of those of us in your way." He winks.
Looking at Toshio, he adds quietly, "I have no idea how many there are, but there are definitely goblins talking in there. I think maybe our timing is just right. If we drive them back, we will rush back to aid the others. Sound good?"
Which way does the door open - toward us? away? To the left or the right?

The door swings into the room. Camillo will position himself on the side with the hinges, sheathe his sword, and reach across the door to pull it open. He will look at the others to make sure they are ready before doing so.
I'm assuming that Toshio will position himself on the opposite side of the door or directly in front of it but back enough to allow it to swing open.

In the tower Camillo opens the door and moves.(Using your action for the round) Toshio is able to charge forward into a line of goblins that had flooded the halls and seem agog at the discovery. A hobgoblin in the back is more prudent however and has taken the corner as cover. Roll dem bones Toshio. the rest of you can act.
Meanwhile on the double doors Kithian and Kerrec try to break the door down with little success. However Kithian's second attempt is answered with a resounding CCRRACCKK! as the door begins to splinter apart. A section of the door crumples giving Kithian a view to the interior where goblins, the warchanter and a hobgoblin awaits. A harried chief looks at the door with fury as he mounts a man sized salamander of some kind. An arrow retorts to Kithian's aggression and sticks into the door near the oracle's head forcing him to step back off the door. One or two more solid hits or one HARD hit should break the doors open.

Yes and yes. If you are not the person standing in the square in front of the left door (as it is double wide) then your arc of fire can really only be "straight ahead" and the door qualifies as cover in either direction. In a more complicated system than Pathfinder I might rule the crossbow would negate the cover penalty when firing through the door (as you could push up to the hole not unlike a gun) but since all weapons are equal for cover purposes there is as much a chance that you will miss because of the door as they have. You could both stand in the same square to shoot (or do some weird 5 ft step maneuvers to trade out) otherwise one of you will have a wider arc of fire.)

Following Camillo's instructions, Rullis fires at one of the goblins he sees over the melee combatant's heads. (Shoot at the second one as I probably have a better angle on him.) Feeding energy from the storm brewing up from the tower above, an arc of lightning shoots across the room from the cleric and over Camillo and Toshio's head.

In the tower arrows and lightning fly while Toshio presses his attack. Toshio swings high and caps the skull of his goblin opponent (6), the little vermin squeals as blood oozes from his head but he manages to keep his feet. Vidar's arrow flies true and the goblin at the end of the hall (8) wails as the arrow finds a leg. The middle goblin (7) is not so lucky as lightning arcs from Rullis hands and sizzles the goblin on the spot, its eyes rolling in its head as it lands on the floor cooked.
The two remaining goblins respond with an arrow and a slash at Toshio but neither meets its mark. The hobgoblin utters something to the goblin which seems to cause panic in the wounded goblin as the hobgoblin turns back around the corner.
At the double doors Kerrec and Kithian work on the door with their shoulders but find the task made difficult by flying arrows, one of which sails perfectly through the door but hits neither man.
Round 2. Ready fight.

Rullis fires off another shot at the one Vidar failed to drop. But Camillo's inspiration seems to have the opposite effect as the blast strikes the left side wall of the hallway. Though he's probably just a little too far down the hall and he can't get em from here. "That ones a hard one to get." he says to Vidar next to him.

Toshio dispatches his foe with ease as Camillo looks on ready to aid. Vidar and Rullis fall short of hitting the remaining goblin in the hallway off the tower. Seeing it has little to no option the goblin runs forward in a charge at the samurai dog chopper in hand. The little pests fury aids its strike and Toshio is slashed on the leg but not deeply. Toshio takes 2 damage
Meanwhile in the other room arrows continue to fly and one impossibly sail through the hole in the door and catches Kerrec's arm as he and Kithian work to break the door down. -2 HP for Kerrec too Despite the injury the paladin and barbarian find their rhythm and easily break the double doors open, the left door collapsing entirely to the floor while the poorly built crossbeam skitters into the hall. Reggie barks in excitement.
It is now that Kithian and Kerrec can see that a second hobgoblin has entered the room (from the easterly hallway where he abandoned his goblin flankers) and the chief sets astride his giant salamander armed and ready to fight.
I will post an updated map later on today, if you feel confident about the position of things and want to post Round 3 actions before I do, feel free.

I'll post the actions of the rest after Rullis/Toshio/Vidar as they go before the goblins and the hobs are waiting to see what happens. 6 (On Toshio) is wounded from Vidar last round.

Whoops, so caught up in the door shenanigans that I forgot proper decription
The chief's room is enclosed but features a raised roof two stories tall rather than the single story you have seen elsewhere. There is a supporting pillar in the center of the chamber and the room, like many others in this place, features a patchwork of wood, thatch and other materials stolen from various sites around the hinterlands. The floor is packed dirt.
A raised dias in the corner hold's the "throne" and a smattering of furniture punctuated the room though all of that has pretty much been used to build a half wall barricade opposite the main entrance. Ropes are evident on the central pillar as the most likely spot that the prisoners had been bound and tortured for the entertainment on the room.
Tower is another 1.5 stories or so taller than the roof to the chiefs room and the roof to the hall is not spectacularly built. In fact in this weather it is easy to see water dripping into the hall and running down the seams of the walls. If Camillo really wanted to, he could jump onto the roof from the tower...not sure how well the roof would hold though (of course if he fell through then you could see the room from the tower! :-p Hooray!)
