Retro for Majuba's effects:

Will save for h1: 1d20 ⇒ 4 =fail, so

2nd attack with mount: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
2nd rider attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 misses, so ignore damage from rider attack (though elk attack still applies). Damage should be 5, not 13. Debuff success!

Thanks for catching that

Tigerwolf slashes open the man from shoulder to stomach, killing him. So Garmack knows he can take other actions.

That's cool, but I was really hoping Garmack and Tigerwolf would bullrush him over the cliff for cinematic effect. Nothing better than a screaming, flailing body going splat on the rocks below :)

More effective half a body falling down and going splat. After all, they didn't hear the ones up top coming. More fear with not knowing what is coming when others so HAPPILY announced their presence.

Tigerwolf grins and kicks the body over the edge letting the others know their success up top.

There really isn't any target that has been fighting both of them. For this round I'm going to say Gramack fires at the target most directly in line of sight, which is h5.

To make sure we keep combat moving, it's best if can call out by number who you are attacking, and in the case of this fight weather it's the rider or the mount

Yes, that was her action for the round, as it takes a full round to load a heavy crossbow. Technically, she probably shouldn't be able to pick up the bow, search and retrieve the bolts, and load it all in one round, but that's OK...she can fire it next round.

Majuba casts his hex while Tigerwolf cranked the winch on the crossbow. Meanwhile, Odak dropped the human he was fighting; this forced Garmack to change his intended target to the rider engage with Majuba and Dergosh.

The angle was tough for Garmack, with rocks partially obscuring his line of sight, but he managed to hit with his second arrow.

Garmack damage: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9 I think your damage roll above was a little off This is enough to drop that rider as well.

Greez moved to assist Karol, as the now riderless elk trotted off, bashing that rider once. The rider attempted to counter:

h4@Greez: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

e4@Greez: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

The last human regained a mount and attempt to spur it out of danger, zigzagging through the Wolftooth warriors.

Greez, Odak, Karol, and Dergosh all get an attack of opportunity

Karol AoO: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
