Tigerwolf Runt |
Tigerwolf kept quiet even as she missed and as the arrow buried into the man she grinned a feral gleam in her eye as she went to strike at him putting more power into it. After all she smelled blood and it was time to quite playing with the human.
Power Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

Doctor Majuba |
The Doctor now covered liberally in blood moves behind Dergosh and begins laughing manically.
Misfortune hex is extended for another rd on the stag rider
Mercurion |
Retro for Majuba's effects:
Will save for h1: 1d20 ⇒ 4 =fail, so
2nd attack with mount: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
2nd rider attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 misses, so ignore damage from rider attack (though elk attack still applies). Damage should be 5, not 13. Debuff success!
Thanks for catching that

Tigerwolf slashes open the man from shoulder to stomach, killing him. So Garmack knows he can take other actions.
That's cool, but I was really hoping Garmack and Tigerwolf would bullrush him over the cliff for cinematic effect. Nothing better than a screaming, flailing body going splat on the rocks below :)
Tigerwolf Runt |
More effective half a body falling down and going splat. After all, they didn't hear the ones up top coming. More fear with not knowing what is coming when others so HAPPILY announced their presence.
Tigerwolf grins and kicks the body over the edge letting the others know their success up top.
Karol Heart Singer |
Karol advances 3 squares down and attacks the next elk

Odak the Iron Giant |
> Odak attempts to push on through into the camp, past any enemies regardless of the danger it presents. Odak takes any AoO moving past, he moves four squares (20ft) RIGHT
Mercurion |
Garmack would aim for the target fighting Karol and Dergosh
There really isn't any target that has been fighting both of them. For this round I'm going to say Gramack fires at the target most directly in line of sight, which is h5.
To make sure we keep combat moving, it's best if can call out by number who you are attacking, and in the case of this fight weather it's the rider or the mount
Garmack wounds the mounted rider on the far side of the gully
Mercurion |
Grabbing a vial from his belt, the man that had had the elk cut from beneath him upended it as he raced over to the remaining animal.
“I will take you down you tin monstrosity,” the nearest rider snarled at Odak as he grabbed his spear and charged the giant.

Karol Heart Singer |
um, did I just get crited?
Greez Fhang |
Ouch on that crit damage it did to Karol.
He'd move a 5 foot step toward the one attacking Karol(H4) and growls loudly at it before releasing a flurry of blows. Even if the elk that had the killed rider is still attacking. Since spotted the blow Karol took before and wanted to first aid a friend.

Tigerwolf Runt |
Tigerwolf looks to see if the crossbow and bolts were still up here. If not she would look to see if there was an easy way down. Her sling didn't have the range needed for this.
I'm guessing that winding trail heading down is a way down. So depending if the crossbow and some bolts are still here then it will change my plans. Im guessing they aren't

Tigerwolf snatches up the fallen human's heavy crossbow. It appears that he has expended the last of his bolts fitted with the alchemical tubes, but he has 10 regular quarrels.

Tigerwolf would take aim at the mounts. If they were still fighting without their riders they might as well become food. She aimed at the closest one and fired.

Just to pipe up on Tigerwolf's behalf, she actually did reload the crossbow on a post she made Sunday!
Mercurion |
Tigerwolf Runt wrote:Tigerwolf would load the crossbowFound it!
Yes, that was her action for the round, as it takes a full round to load a heavy crossbow. Technically, she probably shouldn't be able to pick up the bow, search and retrieve the bolts, and load it all in one round, but that's OK...she can fire it next round.
Mercurion |
Majuba casts his hex while Tigerwolf cranked the winch on the crossbow. Meanwhile, Odak dropped the human he was fighting; this forced Garmack to change his intended target to the rider engage with Majuba and Dergosh.
The angle was tough for Garmack, with rocks partially obscuring his line of sight, but he managed to hit with his second arrow.
Garmack damage: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9 I think your damage roll above was a little off This is enough to drop that rider as well.
Greez moved to assist Karol, as the now riderless elk trotted off, bashing that rider once. The rider attempted to counter:
attack with mount: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
h4@Greez: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

e4@Greez: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9

The last human regained a mount and attempt to spur it out of danger, zigzagging through the Wolftooth warriors.
Greez, Odak, Karol, and Dergosh all get an attack of opportunity
Karol AoO: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

Noticed the escaping human, and moved up behind that escapist. The large orc went to try tackle, grapple, the human off the mount.

Then he looks at the elk that gored him and grins. lets try that again

> Odak, having finished off his current target turns slowly around as one of the humans begins to make their escape; not being a very quick mover all Odak can do is move SOUTHWEST 1 to close the gap. And if he could not, takes no more actions.
Doctor Majuba |
The Doctor uses the misfortune hex(Will 19) on the stag in front of him and Dergosh
Note that stag has Ill omen on it for 3 more rds also so if he fails the misfortune hex he must roll 4 times and take the worst result. If he makes it he must roll twice and take the worst result

Greez leaps forward as only a giant orc can, reaching for the rider as he slaloms through the group. Glancing back, the rider thrusts his spear at Greez in an effort to fend him off.
AoO@Greez: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Greez knocks away the spear as he leaps, grabs the human by the shoulders and bears him to the ground.
Dergosh goes from bellowing in frustration at the ineffectiveness of his humming mace, to bellowing in satisfaction at Greez's flying tackle. "Ho ho, nice job Greez. Hold him still while I crush his head," the loud one says.

damage on Karol: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10
Tigerwolf and Garmack can still act, but they don't really have a target other than the running elk, as the rider engaged with Karol is not in line of sight. Do either of you want to aim at the elk?
Greez Fhang |
I thought saw somewhere once that can disarm one just by grappling them enough. But I'll simply just continue grappling them either way whenever the next round starts.
Odak the Iron Giant |
The Doctor will move over by Odak and support him if H4 gets any ideas.
> In an awkward position of being unable to reach the escaping target, Odak chooses to stay in place to stand his ground. He spots Majuba approaching him with long, sweeping steps and reaches over,
"You are hurt. Stay still."
> The armoured hand of Odak reaches for the slightly shorter Orc, draping his palm and fingers around the narrow body as his eyes squint with discomfort. Majuba should be able to feel the pain of the wounds subside a little as Odak's pain receptors fire.
Odak manifests EMPATHIC TRANSFER (3PP) on Majuba as a standard action
Empathic Transfer: Majuba healed by this amount: 2d10 ⇒ (4, 9) = 13
Odak sustains 7 damage from the transfer (rounded up)
Garmack Scareye |
Seeing the combat dying down below, Garmack sheathes his bow and climbs down. Upon arriving at the bottom he draws his falchion and guards the back his allies while waiting for Greez to take down the last human
I take it there are no more enemies besides the human with Greez and the elk fleeing from what I read?
