Will assume Lucien delays...
The lightning hits the quasit, which simply ignores the electricity crackling around her body.
"You have to do better that that. " She hexes Lucien.

Blasted little thing so hard to hit.
Sami agian shifts to the side and fires, her fingers quickly do their work to reload. She even calls on her gunslinger training to make the shot hurt that much more.

Nope!
GM Fuzzfoot
Vulpidin wakes Lucien rather easily, who is a little surprised to find himself on the floor.
The quasit throws her dagger at Sami. Magically, the dagger returns to her hand after cutting Sami's cheek.

As the shot goes a though comes to her and she loads, this time with one of her few silver bullets.
[dice= Perception] 1d20+6 Does a normal shot seem to do full damage.
GM Fuzzfoot
My post from yesterday was vanished!
Sami notices that the bullets are not seeming to do as much damage as she would expect. In fact, this last one was completely ignored.
Lucien and Vulpidin are up.
GM Fuzzfoot
Vulpin's bolt shatters upon hitting her, but it does appear to do a little damage.
Round 7: (Bold may act)
Quasit (18 dmg)
Lucien (2 dmg)
Tiyuvi (fleeing)
Sami (14 damage)
Vulpidin
Bless in effect. Each ally gains a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls and on saving throws against fear effects.
GM Fuzzfoot
Lucien wrestles a bow and some arrows from Vulpidin's back.
Tiyuvi starts to flee out of the cave when he slams straight into Shalelu Andosana.
"Where are you going in such a hurry, my friend?" she asks.
Pointing and stammering, Vulpidin finally starts to get a hold of himself and quickly explains the situation. Leading the elf ranger back to the chapel, Shalelu sends an arrow flying, hitting the flying creature in the leg with a solid thump, the wound smoldering and sizzling.
"Gah!" shouts the quasit, immediately turning invisible. "We will meet again..." you hear her hiss, and the sounds of flapping wings dissipate down the corridor.
"Is everyone ok? That is quite the creature to be pitting yourselves up against, armed as you are. What is this place, anyway?"
Combat over. I did some math, and I don't believe you could have ever won this battle, but I do think it could have gone on for 100 rounds... she was likely to escape anyway, so let's just move on and get you a little better armed before the next section. But you still have the rest of this room to decide what to do, and now an ally for at least a bit.
Vulpidin Iullus
I think this is about how it ended the first time I played this AP. XD
"We did not come prepared for demons," Vulpidin admits. "As for what it is... Thassalonian ruins of some sort."
Sami Rackham
Sami bows her head, clearly frustrated with herself.
"Would silver have hurt it? I have very few silver bullets but was to late to try it. I.... I am new at this but as a paladin should know better."
She signs and unloads her pistol to save the silver slug for another war. That done she straightens and moves to the pools surrounded by human skulls, looks at it for a moment and then moves up to the dias.
"She dropped blood in this pool and a monster appeared. I womder if any blood works? This is dangerous."
Know religion: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 on the pool on dias
Blue Lucien
Lucien's normally dour countenance lights up when Shalelu enters. "As timely as the rising sun, Shalelu. We are in your debt."
Knowledge(Religion): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11 Aid Another
Lucien wracks his brain for any information that might help Sami in her analysis of this pool.
GM Fuzzfoot
The elf ranger replies, "Nay, silver won't do it. That arrow I hit it with was made of cold iron, one of the few things dwarves are good for. That creature was called a quasit - a demon, evil and unlawful. They are often servants to malicious wizards, or sometimes clerics of evil gods. Electricity and poison have no effect, they resist cold and heat and even acid. And unless your weapons are made of cold iron, or blessed in the name of goodness, they will not be very effective. Very nasty creatures indeed."
As she approaches the well, she says "This does not look good, but I am afraid my knowledge of such things is too limited."
Tiyuvi
"Ok. Well. Where do we go from here?" He is still shaken up from the fright he received. "I can't remember if there were any other openings back in the tunnels that we left unexplored."
Vulpidin Iullus
"I do not recall there being any," Vulpidin replies. "It would be best to search this room before we depart, however. We understand too little of what was happening down here and how it relates to the goblins."
GM Fuzzfoot
You search and find nothing else of value. But the pool is very disconcerting.
Shalelu walks you back to the edge of town, which is not far since this catacomb was located underneath the Glassworks. When you arrive, you are met by Sheriff Balor who informs you that Father Zantus has some important information for you.
Sami Rackham
Bloodied and injured Sami is distressed to learn she needs more kinds of bullets.
"It seems I need a lot of different bullets, best get to work on that I guess."
On the walk back to town Sami is pretty quiet not feeling her first run as a paladin went as well as she would like. Still she is a determined woman and knows she will do better. The news of Father Z looking for them brightens her some and, despite her very serious injuries, she quickly heads to see him.
Maybe he can heal my wounds as well, that would feel good."
GM Fuzzfoot
You find Father Zantus at the new cathedral, still cleaning up from the goblin raid.
"Welcome, friends, welcome. Come in, please. I have some information based on what we have learned from Tsuto. It seems like his "love" is a girl named Nualia, and she is apparently attempting to turn herself into a demon. As a worshippper of Lamashtu, she is likely to be very dangerous. What have you found?"
Sami Rackham
"Turn herself into a..... Cayden save us why whould anyone..."
She stops unable to even get her head to this news and just loooks at the others for a moment.
Vulpidin Iullus
Vulpidin shakes his head in disbelief. Who would do that sort of thing?
"We're not sure. Some old Thassalonian ruins of some sort, connected to the Glassworks. Tsuto must have known about them, so I'd guess the demon we fought in them was an ally of his?"
Tiyuvi
The fur on the back of Tiyuvi's neck raises. "Seriously? What kind of messed up person is that?" He shivers just thinking about how a person might even make that transformation. With an effort he stops thinking about that and tries to add more information to what Vulpidin said. "There were a lot of tunnels and some caveins. Maybe some excavators can uncover more."
GM Fuzzfoot
"Tunnels? Demon? What did you come across? It might explain much..."
Sami Rackham
Sami describes the sinspawn, barely able to restrain her loathing for the creatures. Once the description is done she continues.
"At the end the little, um, quasit dropped her own blood into the pool and another sinspawn appeared. The pool is still there but we should find a way to destroy it."
GM Fuzzfoot
"That is quite disturbing... let me see..." Father Zantus steps over to a small library and pulls a book off the shelf. "Yes, yes... a runewell! A drop of blood and a sinspawn is formed, but each one reduces the runewell's power. Power can be replenished by death, many deaths. Perhaps that was the point behind the goblin raid! You can destroy it, though, but using up the last of it's magic before it can replenish."
Sami Rackham
While discussing this Sami will ask Father Zantus if he can heal her some.
GM Fuzzfoot
"My powers are limited, but I will do what I can. Here, let me see those wounds."
Father Zantus is a 4th level cleric and can cast up to 3 Cure light wounds and 2 Cure moderate wounds per day. That should be enough to heal you all up.
Tiyuvi
"But if we're ready, we can probably kill them off easily. And, that would destroy the well. We need to do it." Tiyuvi turns to Father Zantus. "Is there something we can do to make it easier to kill them?"
Sami Rackham
"They do not seem to require special weapons so this should not be a problem. I will need to spend some time making more bullets soon."
Tiyuvi
"Yeah, but maybe something will hurt them more than normal. I mean, if they're evil, maybe weapons that are especially good. I think I've heard of that before." Tiyuvi shrugs. "But then, you're more studied in religious things than I am. If you say there's nothing special then I'll believe it."
GM Fuzzfoot
Coming up with the plan, you gather what you need and head back to the well. Figuring you need a drop of blood to create a sinspawn, you set about the grisly task.
I don't think we need to play this out, as you will have the advantage and can make them one at a time...it only takes 3 before it's power is gone.
Father Zantus thanks you, and then helps you find a way to permanently destroy it with boiling holy water.
At this point, the only clues you have point to Thistletop, which you believe to be the lair of Nualia and her many goblin tribes...
Tiyuvi
"Well. That's done." Tiyuvi sighs. "But I'm afraid the danger isn't over. We need to go find this Nualia or she's just going to continue with her plans, like Ameiko was telling us. Does anyone know where this Thistletop place is?"
Sami Rackham
"It does sound like that is the next step. I have plenty of bullets, do we need other supplies? I guess we need directions too."
Vulpidin Iullus
Vulpidin nods. "Whatever is going on, it's not good for Sandpoint, and probably not good for a lot of other places, too."
He shrugs slightly. "I don't need much... my magic doesn't ask for much."
That... wasn't entirely true, but it was true enough.
Sami Rackham
"Oil? No, I am more of a blacksmith and" she looks to her pistol "making guns."
Going with Sami might not now if she can but that is because I need to look it up. I assume that would need spellcraft.

You could buy an oil of keen edge for 750 gp. It will last 50 minutes when used.
