So, I intentionally did NOT read through the gameplay, wanting to keep my character knowledge as limited as it would really be - that said, it can be annoying to have recaps in character. I'm just wondering how you'd like me to proceed. I can read through, someone can give me a relevant bullet list here, or we can do it in character. Thanks!

Also, I've got appraise, so I might be able to help with some of those earlier checks, and my archetype lets me id magic items when investigators normally could not because of lack of detect magic (text below):
Item Lore (Ex): An antiquarian can identify even the most esoteric objects at a glance. At 2nd level, he can discern whether an item is magical simply by studying it for 1 round. Once he identifies a magic item in this way, he can use Spellcraft to attempt to identify the properties of the magic item as if he had used detect magic. Furthermore, he can detect whether an item is cursed if his check to identify the magic item exceeds the DC by 5. This replaces poison lore.

Hello everybody, I know I said we would be back on track but things are a bit rough here lately. I backed out of a number of my games I'm playing in and reduced my tables so that I can spend what time I do have on these games. Hey all! I'm the aforementioned friend. Looks like your lost player was a tank-y character. Does anyone have preferences about what kind of character I bring? Any thing you all feel like you are missing?

Well, currently I believe we have an Oracle who melees with an animal companion, a skald who melees, a sorcerer who has mostly been blasting till now, and an investigator. So, I guess almost anything could go, really, but a dedicated frontliner would be good. More ranged options would be nice too, but, the penalties from snow have made ranged attack rolls more or less impossibly to succeed at, so it's probably best not to solely focus on that.
Build rules are in the first post. You are level 2, take level 1 starting wealth. Welcome and I'll get you some info later.
