Percy Silvershaper
Percy curses and paces a bit on the wall. Her small stature makes her immune to pretty much any attack while she's behind the battlements and she's taken to hopping up between crenellations to attack and making a deadly game of Whack-a-Mole out of it. The enemy has obliged, especially since she turned that one spell inside out and then the enemy squad casting it had turned inside out too. That was totally an accident, by the way. Totally...
Anyway, she paces and thinks of options.... I can't do much until they're closer, guys... here.
She casts her usual buff spell and continues pacing and feeling for magical effects to disrupt.
Everyone concider yourselves thusly blessed with Fervor. And anyone within 50 ft gets hit too so this whole area of the wall just got a boost.

Hobbes eyes one of the hydras, the one already being shot at by the caturai. Being also of short stature, he takes to riding Hila to get high enough to see his targets while the latter whines. He then takes aim and fires!

The walls are 30ft high. Cyrohydras are magical beasts, so it's a Know(arcana) DC 19 to identify stuff about them. They have 10ft reach with their bite attacks and currently have improved cover since the siege tower is between them and you. Also, I just realized that since Zses is gone, you have no arcane caster. As such, Spurhorn's battlemages can aid you if they're given specific instructions. They're spherecasters, so specific spells aren't an option, but if you give a general request, they'll give you a rough equivalent.
Cold Damage: 7d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 2, 6, 1, 4, 3) = 24
One of Silence's arrows grazes a frost drake, and Hobbes fires a pair of perfectly-places shots that strike a hydra through a narrow gap in the siege tower's frame. It's skin rapidly begins to knit back together, though (fast healing). Ignoring the wounds, the hydras continue to slowly push the siege tower forward. If it reaches the wall, Spurhorn's defenders will be in serious trouble. Surging forward, the frost drakes breathe icy over your section of battlements. (that area's also difficult terrain for the next 2d4rds, but I don't think that'll matter).

If the ground is dirt then Percy would like to produce a metric ton of water and soak the ground in front of the tower. It's weight should make progressing it through mud nearly impossible.
While she does that she points her rod at one of the dragons to see what happens.
it's MAGIC!: 1d100 ⇒ 92
- Shimmering colors dance and play over a 40-foot-by-30-foot area in front of rod. Creatures therein are blinded for 1d6 rounds (Fortitude DC 15 negates).
Thankfully that's in front of the rod so nobody on our side gets hit!
Your Benevolent Dictator
@Percy: the ground is snow-covered dirt
@Hobbes: 30ft fly speed (perfect) as long as you stay within 30ft of the wall

I'll post the enemy actions after I get some clarification regarding Percy's actions. My understanding is that she's casting create water (20 gallons aka 2 cubic feet) and activating the rod of wonder - that's two standard actions unless I'm missing something. Also, Neverhome still needs to take his turn.

Hobbes' arrows perforate the wings of one of the drakes, and Silence's shot hits right between its eyes, slaying it instantly. Sigrun's arrow grazes the other drake as Percy's rod erupts in a blinding spray of color. As Sigrun grows to truly mammoth proportions and drops to the ground, the drake lashes out blindly with maw and stinger but doesn't even come close to connecting. Meanwhile, the siege tower moves steadily closer. It's slowing down due to the mess of mud and ice Spurhorn's mages are creating, but the war hydras are strong (and tall) enough to keep it moving safely along.
Percy Silvershaper
Percy points her wand at the tower again and activates it!
1d100 ⇒ 27 - Stinking cloud appears at 30-foot range (Fortitude DC 15 negates, 10 round duration).
Stay out of the fog! Percy calls to Sigurn as a cloud of noxious green gas appears and settles over the tower.
It's at thirty foot range so the first ten feet away from the wall are good. The space ranging from there to 50' away is affected. I have added a circle to the map. I think Sigrun has to save, but she's a Barbarian. She'll be fine... I hope. The dragon definitely has to save as will the hydras when they get close enough. You re-save for every round spent in the cloud.

While none of the monsters are nauseated yet, the sudden obscuring of vision hinders the attack, nontheless. Hobbes' arrows have severely wounded his target. While it continues to attempt to push the siege tower forward, it's likely only one solid hit from death. Neverhome strikes a heavy blow on the Frost Drake - which appears to be struggling to remain airborne. It slowly flaps out of Percy's cloud but continues to look very ill. Sigrun charges into the front of the siege tower and begins hammering away at its supports. While her hammer easily smashes away the planks, the structure is very well-made, and it'll take some time to destroy.
