Hi there! This is a recruitment thread for the PFS-legal section of Book 1 of Mummy's Mask - 'The Half Dead City':
A Pathfinder adventure for 1st and 2nd level characters.
In the city of Wati, the church of Pharasma holds a lottery allowing explorers to delve the tombs of the city's vast necropolis in search of the nation's lost glories. In the course of investigating dusty tombs the heroes encounter ancient guardians and devious traps - will the adventurers defeat these obstacles, or will they fall to the undead defenders of the city's necropolis?
Written by Jim Groves.
If you are interested in playing, let me know :-)
Please note that this game is part of the Official Pathfinder Society PbP Game Day. For more information please follow the link here.
The official start date of the PbP Game Day (and hence for this scenario) is on November 1st, 2014.
The PbP Game Day end date is February 1st, 2015.

Well, if this were a 'home game' PbP, yes, I would select applicants, but since this is a PFS game, in the same way that I would not 'pick and choose' from the people who turned up to a game day that I was running, I will not do so here.
So, essentially, yes, I will take the first six applicants. If there are more than that, I will see about creating a second table, and trying to balance them as much as possible.

Current List:
1) Dr Strang (Cleric 1)
2) Revvy Bitterleaf (???)
3) Stemboy (???)
4) Dolres (Magus 2)
5) Eldlen Meirdrerel (Ranger(Trapper)2)
6) Erevan Duskstar (Fighter 1)
Alt 1) Nohwear (Skald 1)
If we generate sufficient interest, I *could* be tempted to run a second table - let's see how we go :-)

@Luke (Jolly Here) thinking about doing a nature oracle and they can gain a combat mount. I want to take a half elf, but could I take the wolf companion as I am not going to use it for riding, but merely as battle companion? Taking a large horse with me kinda makes tomb hunting difficult ;).
Hoping for a second table!

DM if you do make a 2nd table, I'd be interested.

@Skorn: Yes, you need to be PFS legal, since we are running this as an 'adaptable', and not in campaign mode.

Very good. Will you place the first 6 at one table and the second 6 at the next? Or will you try to balance things a little? I'll work up what I want to play today, but can remain flexible to fill a roll that is needed since I do not have a first level character to play.
Here is the break down - This might help folks decide. I have never played an alchemist and am thinking about trying that out.
Divine:
Dr Strang
Delphine Tarrasquel
Arcane:
Hinrik Larsen
Melee:
Erevan Duskstar
Eldlen Meirdrerel (some skills, obviously)
Dolres
Skills:
Ajah Denasi
Undecided:
Revvy Bitterleaf
Skorn (Me)
GM Hills

I am intending to split-up the level 2s, and the people with some adventures under there belts.
For people sitting on the fence regarding what to play, I recommend having some heavy-hitters, and a trap-finder per party; whilst this may be *meant* for level 1-2 characters, there are some moderately difficult sections.
